Claims (9)
- 基板上の複数の画素とタッチを感知するためのタッチ電極とを備える表示領域と、
前記表示領域と分離されており、前記基板が撓むベンディング領域と前記複数の画素または前記タッチ電極に対応する信号を供給する配線とを備える非表示領域と、
を含み、
前記配線は、
第1配線と、
前記ベンディング領域で前記第1配線上に配置され、前記ベンディング領域で前記第1配線と電気的に連結される第2配線と、
を含み、
前記第2配線は、
前記ベンディング領域内の複数の離隔した位置で前記第1配線と電気的に連結され、
第1金属層と前記第1金属層上に配置される絶縁層を含み、
前記絶縁層上に配置される第2金属層をさらに含む、表示装置。 - 前記非表示領域は、
前記複数の画素または前記タッチ電極に対応する前記信号を受信するパッド部と、
前記複数の画素または前記タッチ電極に前記信号を転送するリンク部と、
前記ベンディング領域に配置されて前記パッド部と前記リンク部との間を連結する配線部と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記信号は、前記複数の画素に対応する信号であり、
前記第1配線は、前記複数の画素に電気的に連結される、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記信号は、前記タッチ電極に対応する信号であり、
前記第1配線は、前記タッチ電極と電気的に連結される、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ベンディング領域は、前記第1配線上に配置される有機膜を含み、
前記第2配線は、前記有機膜上に配置され、
前記第2配線は、有機膜にあるホールを通じて前記第1配線と電気的に連結される、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記ベンディング領域は、基板上に配置された他の有機膜をさらに含み、
前記第1配線は、前記他の有機膜上に配置される、
請求項5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記複数の離隔した位置にある複数のビアホールをさらに含み、
前記第2配線は、前記ビアホールを通じて前記第1配線と電気的に連結される、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1配線と前記第2配線のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ベンディング領域でリング形状のパターンを有する、
請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示領域は、
少なくとも1つの有機発光ダイオードに対応するカソードと、
前記カソード上に配置されるエンカプセレーション層と
を含み、
前記タッチ電極は、前記エンカプセレーション層上に配置される、
