Claims (18)
- 複数のサブピクセル、複数の第1タッチ電極、及び複数の第2タッチ電極が配置されたパネルと、
前記複数の第1タッチ電極と前記複数の第2タッチ電極を駆動するタッチ駆動回路を含み、
前記複数の第1タッチ電極の各々は、
第1方向に配置された第1ボディーと、前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に配置され、前記第1ボディーに連結された複数の第1ウィングを含み、
前記複数の第2タッチ電極の各々は、
前記第1方向に配置された第2ボディーと、前記第2方向に配置され、前記第2ボディーに連結された複数の第2ウィングを含み、
前記複数の第1タッチ電極のうち、隣接するように配置された2つの第1タッチ電極は互いに直接連結され、
前記複数の第2タッチ電極のうち、隣接するように配置された2つの第2タッチ電極は、前記第2タッチ電極とは別の層に配置された少なくとも1つの第1連結パターンにより互いに電気的に連結され、
前記第1ボディーと前記第2ボディーは前記第2方向に交互に配置され、前記第1ウィングと前記第2ウィングは前記第1方向に交互に配置され、
前記第1タッチ電極に含まれる前記複数の第1ウィングの1つの長さは、前記第1タッチ電極に含まれる前記複数の第1ウィングの残りの少なくとも1つの長さとは異なり、前記第2タッチ電極に含まれる前記複数の第2ウィングの1つの長さは、前記第2タッチ電極に含まれる前記複数の第2ウィングの残りの少なくとも1つの長さとは異なり、
前記第2タッチ電極の前記複数の第2ウィングのうちの少なくとも一部は、前記第2タッチ電極とは別の層に配置された少なくとも1つの第2連結パターンにより互いに電気的に連結され、
前記第1連結パターンにより連結された2つの第2ウィングは、異なる第2ボディーに連結されており、前記第2連結パターンにより連結された2つの第2ウィングは、同一の第2ボディーに連結されている、タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記2つの第1タッチ電極は前記第2方向に互いに隣接するように配置され、前記複数の第1ウィングのうち、いずれか1つの第1ウィングにより直接連結され、
前記第1方向に互いに隣接するように配置された前記2つの第2タッチ電極は、前記少なくとも1つの第1連結パターンにより電気的に連結されている、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記2つの第1タッチ電極のうち1つの第1タッチ電極の前記複数の第1ウィングのうち、前記第1方向に隣接するように配置された前記2つの第2タッチ電極の間に配置された第1ウィングの長さが、前記第2タッチ電極の前記第2ウィングの間に配置された第1ウィングの長さより長い、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第2タッチ電極の前記複数の第2ウィングのうち、前記第1方向に隣接するように配置された前記2つの第1タッチ電極の間に配置された第2ウィングの長さが、前記第1タッチ電極の前記第1ウィングの間に配置された第2ウィングの長さより長い、請求項2に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1タッチ電極の前記第1ウィングの端部の幅は前記第1ウィングの他の部分の幅より広く、前記第2タッチ電極の前記第2ウィングの端部の幅は前記第2ウィングの他の部分の幅より広い、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1ウィングで幅の広い部分と前記第2ウィングで幅の広い部分はジグザグに配置された、請求項5に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記第1ボディーは前記第1タッチ電極の最外側に配置された前記第1ウィングの外側に突出し、前記第2ボディーは前記第2タッチ電極の最外側に配置された前記第2ウィングの外側に突出した、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極のうち、互いに隣接するように配置された前記2つの第1タッチ電極は、前記2つの第1タッチ電極の前記第1ボディーにより前記第1方向に互いに直接連結され、
前記複数の第2タッチ電極のうち、互いに隣接するように配置された前記2つの第2タッチ電極は、前記第2方向に互いに電気的に連結された、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数のサブピクセル上に配置された封止層をさらに含み、
前記複数の第1タッチ電極と前記複数の第2タッチ電極は前記封止層上で同一な層に配置された、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数の第1タッチ電極及び前記複数の第2タッチ電極に連結され、前記封止層の傾斜面に沿って配置され、前記パネルのノン-アクティブ領域に配置された複数のタッチパッドに電気的に連結された複数のタッチルーティング配線をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ノン-アクティブ領域に配置され、前記複数のタッチパッドのうち、タッチパッドとアクティブ領域との間に配置される1つ以上のダムをさらに含み、
前記1つ以上のダムは前記タッチパッドより高く形成され、
前記複数のタッチルーティング配線のうち、タッチルーティング配線は前記封止層の前記傾斜面に沿って下り、前記1つ以上のダム上を通り過ぎて、前記タッチパッドに電気的に連結される、請求項10に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数の第1ウィングと前記複数の第2ウィングは前記第1方向に互いに噛み合う、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極及び前記複数の第2タッチ電極のうち、少なくとも1つは“T”形態を有する、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極及び前記複数の第2タッチ電極のうち、少なくとも1つは開口部を含むメッシュタイプであり、前記開口部は位置的に前記複数のサブピクセルの発光領域に対応する、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記封止層と前記少なくとも1つの第1連結パターンとの間に配置されたタッチバッファ膜をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極によりペンから感知された第1信号と前記複数の第1タッチ電極に隣接した前記複数の第2タッチ電極により前記ペンから感知された第2信号は同一である、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数の第1タッチ電極の前記第1信号と前記複数の第2タッチ電極の前記第2信号は前記ペンの傾斜または移動方向の情報を提供する、請求項16に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの第2連結パターンは、前記少なくとも1つの第1連結パターンが配置された層に配置されている、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
