Description

The present invention relates to a mounting liner unit tile and a method for forming a tile surface, which can efficiently and efficiently perform a work for forming a wall surface and a floor surface of a structure such as a building on a tile surface in a short period of time.

Conventionally, when forming tile wall surfaces and tile floor surfaces of buildings, for example, as a method of improving work efficiency and shortening the work days, a surface mount is attached to the surface of a plurality of tile pieces arranged vertically and horizontally with an adhesive. Then, use unit tiles with tile pieces connected to each other, apply adhesive such as mortar to the wall surface of the building on the site, and press the unit tiles against the wall surface. Work is done to peel off the surface.

Also, a unit tile is configured by attaching a net to the back of a plurality of tile pieces arranged in a row, and after the unit tile is attached to the wall surface from the back-attached net side, the back-attachment exposed from the joint for adjusting joints There is also a method of cutting with a cutting tool such as a cutter without stopping the net. In addition, in places where joint adjustment is difficult, it is also stuck to each tile piece.

Not found.

However, the surface of the unit tile is made of a strong material such as kraft paper that does not break even if it gets wet, so after sticking the unit tile on the wall or floor surface Although the front sticker is peeled off during the work, there are many situations in which the adhesive remains attached to the surface of the tile pieces.
For this reason, it is necessary to carry out additional work such as peeling off the mount fragments from the surface of many tile pieces, rubbing the adhesive remaining on the surface of the tile pieces with a brush while applying water, and the like. There is a problem that the work efficiency is hindered because it takes a long time, a large amount of washing water is used, and the work cost is increased.

In addition, in unit tiles that are configured by attaching a back net to the back of the tile piece, the back net cannot be easily cut, so the back net exposed from the joint during the joint adjustment work, etc. We are working on cutting without stopping with the blade. For this reason, there are problems that a long working time is required and the wall surface and the waterproof base material underneath are damaged during cutting.

Furthermore, the surface mounting board peeled off from the tile piece which comprises a unit tile must be disposed of as industrial waste, and there exists a problem that the effort and cost to dispose are required.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art. A material having water solubility is used for the backing sheet constituting the unit tile, and the backing sheet is bonded to the construction surface and then the backing sheet is melted with water. This makes it possible to easily adjust the joints, and to finish the tile surface with a beautiful finish in a short period of time, efficiently and economically, and can save costs by not using a large amount of washing water. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of forming a backing unit tile and a tile surface.

The means for constituting the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems comprises: a backing backing made of water-soluble paper formed in a desired shape; and a back surface of the backing backing with a water-soluble adhesive. Between a plurality of tile pieces arranged in a row and adhering the back surface of the backing backing sheet to the construction surface of the structure with a construction adhesive, then water is sprayed onto the construction surface to form the space between the tile pieces It is in having made the joint adjustment possible by melting the said backing paste exposed to the joint.

And the said backing pasteboard is good to shape | mold into the water-soluble surface form body which comprised the short fiber in the non-woven form.

Further, it is preferable to use an elastic adhesive or a wet mortar as the construction adhesive.

Furthermore, the means which comprises the invention which concerns on Claim 4 attaches the backing paper unit unit tile of Claim 1 to the construction surface of a structure with the construction adhesive, Then, on the said construction surface containing the said unit tile The joint adjustment is made possible by fusing the backing backing sheet exposed to the joint between the tile pieces by blowing water.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The back side is pasted with a water-soluble adhesive on the backing backing sheet made of water-soluble paper, and a plurality of tile pieces are arranged in a row to form a unit tile, and a construction surface such as a wall surface or floor surface The unit tile can be attached to the construction tile with a construction adhesive, and then the backing backing sheet can be melted quickly by pouring water on the construction surface, and the joint adjustment work of the tile surface can be performed efficiently, so the finish is beautiful. Can be formed into a flat tile surface.
(2) It is not necessary to remove the backing from the tile pieces that make up the unit tile, so the work efficiency is excellent, there is no time to dispose the detached backing as waste, and no waste is generated.
(3) Unlike the prior art, since the mount is not attached to the surface of the tile piece, it can be formed on the finished tile surface with no adhesive wrinkles remaining.
(4) The only means for cutting the backing backing exposed to the joints of the unit tiles is water, and no cutter such as a cutter is used at all, so there is no damage to the tile pieces or the construction surface.
(5) Since the backing backing is water-soluble, the backing can be melted and cut with a small amount of water, and there is no need to clean the tile surface, so the amount of water used can be significantly reduced. Labor costs can also be reduced significantly.

1 to 3 relate to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 is a structural perspective view of a unit tile. It is a fragmentary sectional view of a unit tile. It is a fragmentary sectional view of a unit tile which melted pasteboard. It is a rear view of the unit tile concerning a 2nd embodiment.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on FIGS. 1 to 3. In the figure, 1 indicates a unit tile. 2 is a planar backing backing which constitutes the unit tile 1. The backing backing 2 is formed into a thickness of 0, 3 to 0, 5 mm, for example, by solidifying short fibers in a non-woven state like recycled paper. It is only necessary to have strength to support 12 to 16 tile pieces in a dry state. The backing sheet 2 has solubility in water, but does not dissolve in non-permeable adhesives such as viscous chemical adhesives.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a plurality of tile pieces constituting the unit tile 1 by being attached to the backing sheet 2. Each tile piece 3 is applied by applying a water-soluble adhesive A1 such as starch paste to the front surface 2A of the backing sheet 2 and pressing and bonding the back surface 3A of the tile piece 3, and the unit tile 1 is an example. Are arranged in a row of 4 tiles, 4 rows, a total of 16 tile pieces 3, 3,... With joints 4, 4,.

The unit tile 1 having the above-described configuration is manufactured in advance in the factory and transported to the work site. Next, the ground surface of the wall surface W of the building is cleaned, and the tiles are assigned with a reference yarn. An elastic adhesive A2 as a construction adhesive is applied to the construction surface, and the unit tile 1 is adhered. As the elastic adhesive A2, for example, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate, or an epoxy adhesive may be used. Since this adhesive A2 is viscous and does not penetrate into the backing backing paper 2, it does not dissolve the backing paper 2, and does not sag when applied to a vertical surface such as the wall surface W. Can be done smoothly.

When the tile piece 3 is inclined during the attaching operation of the tile piece 3, the tile backing 3 is partially wetted by spraying water or partially moistening the backing sheet 2 with a sponge soaked in water. Since the inclination can be easily adjusted, the joint 4 can be formed beautifully by adjusting the joint.

In addition, as the construction adhesive A2 for attaching the unit tile 1 to the wall surface W, a conventionally used wet mortar may be used.

Next, a second embodiment will be described in detail with reference to FIG. In the figure, 11 indicates a unit tile. Reference numeral 12 denotes a backing sheet that constitutes the unit tile 11, and the backing sheet 12 is formed by forming the backing sheet 2 of the first embodiment into an arrow shape to form a plurality of constituent pieces 12A, 12A,. It has a shape developed horizontally and vertically.

The backing pasteboard 12 is formed so that each constituent piece 12A is in contact with any one of the tile pieces 13, and a water-soluble adhesive A1 is applied to each constituent piece 12A to attach the tile piece 13, and the joint 14 is attached. The unit tiles 11 are configured by existing and arranging them.

The construction method for adhering the unit tile 11 configured as described above to the wall surface W with the construction adhesive A2 is the same as in the first embodiment, but the component piece 12A exposed from the joint 14 is minimal. The work of fusing the component piece 12A can be quickly performed, and the finished product can be molded into a beautiful tile surface.

In the present invention, the shape of the backing backing is not limited to the arrow-like shape or the lattice, and it is essential that it be a shape that allows all tile pieces 13 to contact and stick to the backing backing 12.

Also, the backing backing sheet 2 may be used by being stuck on two sheets. This is suitable for supporting a heavy tile piece 3 or forming a unit tile having a wide joint.
