Claims (4)
- 翼内部に形成されて翼高さ方向に延在する冷却流路を少なくとも1つ有し、背側及び腹側の翼面を遮熱材で被覆したタービン翼であって、
前記背側の翼面及び遮熱材に形成されて前記冷却流路に連通する背側のフィルム冷却孔を少なくとも1列有し、
前記少なくとも1列の背側フィルム冷却孔のうちの翼後縁に最も近い最終列の背側フィルム冷却孔は、タービン翼間の距離が最小となるスロートの位置を含めてこの位置より後側、かつ前記少なくとも1つの冷却流路のうちの前記翼後縁に最も近い最終の冷却流路の後端の位置を含まないでこの位置より前側である範囲内に存在しており、
翼高さ方向に垂直な各翼断面における前記背側翼面上で、前記最終列の背側フィルム冷却孔の位置を含めてこの位置より後側、かつ前記最終の冷却流路の後端の位置を含まないでこの位置より前側である範囲内に、背側の設計点を設定し、
前記各翼断面の背側における前記遮熱材の厚み分布は、翼前縁から前記設計点にかけては前記遮熱材の厚みが一様で、前記設計点から前記翼後縁にかけては後側に向かうに従って前記遮熱材の厚みが漸減するように構成したことを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 請求項1記載のタービン翼において、
前記各翼断面における前記腹側翼面上で、キャンバーラインを対称軸として前記背側の設計点と対称になるように、腹側の設計点を設定し、
前記各翼断面の腹側における前記遮熱材の厚み分布は、前記翼前縁から前記腹側設計点にかけては前記遮熱材の厚みが一様で、前記腹側設計点から前記翼後縁にかけては後側に向かうに従って前記遮熱材の厚みが漸減するように構成したことを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 請求項1記載のタービン翼において、
前記各翼断面の腹側における前記遮熱材の厚み分布は、前記翼前縁から前記翼後縁にかけて前記遮熱材の厚みが一様であるように構成したことを特徴とするタービン翼。 - 翼内部に形成されて翼高さ方向に延在する冷却流路を少なくとも1つ有し、背側及び腹側の翼面を遮熱材で被覆したタービン翼であって、
翼高さ方向に垂直な各翼断面における前記背側翼面上で、タービン翼間の距離が最小となるスロートの位置を含めてこの位置より後側、かつ前記少なくとも1つの冷却流路のうちの翼後縁に最も近い最終の冷却流路の後端の位置を含まないでこの位置より前側である範囲内に、背側の設計点を設定し、
前記各翼断面の背側における前記遮熱材の厚み分布は、翼前縁から前記設計点にかけては前記遮熱材の厚みが一様で、前記設計点から前記翼後縁にかけては後側に向かうに従って前記遮熱材の厚みが漸減するように構成し、
前記各翼断面の腹側における前記遮熱材の厚み分布は、前記翼前縁から前記翼後縁にかけて前記遮熱材の厚みが一様であるように構成したことを特徴とするタービン翼。
