Description
その方法は、粉末水銀吸収剤を提供すること、浄化システム内の水性液体内に粉末水銀吸収剤を導入すること、水性液体内への水銀吸収剤の導入の後、水性液体から少なくとも一部の水銀吸収剤を分離することを包含する。

Claims (15)
- 固定層吸収体中で、30%vol.と60%vol.間の、硫黄を含浸させた活性炭触媒の分離した別々の粒子と、30%vol.と60%vol.間の、鉄を含浸させた活性炭触媒の分離した別々の粒子と、5%vol.と40%vol.間のフィラー材料の分離した別々の粒子とを包含する混合物と流体を接触させ、上記フィラー材料の粒子は、粒子の平均最大寸法に基づいて、4mmを超える平均粒径を有するものであって、空乏レベルの重金属及び/又はダイオキシンを含む流体を得るために、流体を混合物に接触させた状態で混合物に重金属及び/又はダイオキシンを吸収させ、
混合物から空乏レベルの重金属及び/又はダイオキシンを含む流体を排出する、
重金属を含む流体から重金属及び/又はダイオキシンを除去する方法。 - 流体がガスである、請求項1に記載された方法。
- ガスが下水、汚泥又は有害廃棄物焼却プラントからの排ガスである、請求項2に記載された方法。
- ガスが少なくとも50mg/dscm%重量の重金属及び/又は少なくとも200ng/dscmのダイオキシンを包含する、請求項2又は3に記載された方法。
- 流体が液体である、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 液体が少なくとも40mg/lの重金属及び/又は少なくとも0.02μg/lのダイオキシンを包含する、請求項5に記載された方法。
- 混合物が40%vol.と50%vol.間の、硫黄を含浸させた活性炭触媒を包含する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- 硫黄を含浸させた活性炭触媒が5%重量と20%重量間の硫黄を包含する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- 混合物が40%vol.と50%vol.間の、鉄を含浸させた活性炭触媒を包含する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- 鉄を含浸させた活性炭触媒が10%重量と30%重量間の鉄を包含する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- フィラー材料がプラスチック、アルミナ、セラミック材料又はその混合物を包含する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- フィラー材料が50%vol.及び97%vol.の自由体積を包含する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- フィラー材料が5から15%vol.の量で存在する、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- フィラー材料がサドル形状、リング形状、球形状、円環形状、プリズム形状又は不規則な形状の中から選択された一形状である、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
- ガスを混合物と接触させる前に、コアレッサ、液滴分離機及び/又は熱交換器中で調節する、請求項1乃至14のいずれか一つに記載された方法。
