Claims (6)
- 被検体を設置するホルダと、
前記ホルダに設置される前記被検体に磁場を印加する磁場印加コイルと、
前記ホルダを支持する第2冷却部材と、
前記第2冷却部材よりも高い温度に冷却される第1冷却部材と、
前記ホルダと前記第2冷却部材との互いに接触するように配置される柱状部材と、
前記ホルダ、前記磁場印加コイル、前記第1冷却部材、前記第2冷却部材および前記柱状部材を単一空間に格納するように形成される輻射シールドと、
前記輻射シールドが格納される真空容器と、
前記第2冷却部材に取り付けられる第2冷却手段と、
前記第1冷却部材および前記輻射シールドに取り付けられる第1冷却手段と、
前記柱状部材の表面であって、かつ前記ホルダと前記第2冷却部材とを結ぶ軸上において、前記第2冷却部材よりも前記ホルダの近くに設けられた第1温度測定手段と、
前記柱状部材の表面であって、かつ前記ホルダと前記第2冷却部材とを結ぶ軸上において、前記ホルダよりも前記第2冷却部材の近くに設けられた第2温度測定手段と、
前記第1温度測定手段および前記第2温度測定手段に接続される計測装置と、
を備える交流損失測定装置。 - 請求項1に記載の交流損失測定装置であって、
前記第2冷却手段または前記第1冷却手段に取り付けられた温度調整装置を備える
交流損失測定装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の交流損失測定装置であって、
前記第2冷却手段はGM冷凍機の2段冷却ステージであって、
前記第1冷却手段はGM冷凍機の1段冷却ステージであって、
前記1段冷却ステージおよび前記2段冷却ステージは一台のGM冷凍機が備える
交流損失測定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の交流損失測定装置であって、
前記第1温度測定手段および前記第2温度測定手段は、それぞれ前記ホルダと前記第2冷却部材とを結ぶ軸と直交する平面上で異なる位置に複数個設けられている
交流損失測定装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の交流損失測定装置であって、
前記柱状部材は、中空薄肉の円筒形状の部材である

前記第1温度測定手段または前記第2温度測定手段は、前記中空薄肉の円筒形状である柱状部材の外側面および内側面のそれぞれに設けられている
