Description
− 多相の固定子1と、
− 複数の磁石を有する回転子2と、
− 2つの異なるねじ部3、4を有する軸と
− 固定子1に対して固定されて前記固定子1に接続された第1の固定されたナット6を支持する第1のフランジ5と、
− 固定子1に対して固定された第2のフランジ7と、
− 第2のナット9を有して、第2のフランジ7において摺動結合によって回転することなく並進運動で移動することができる制御部材8と、を備える。
− 制御部材は、アクチュエータのハウジングと摺動結合している。
− 制御部材の直線移動を引き起こす可動アセンブリは、2つの螺旋結合のみによってガイドされる。
− 例示的な実施例によって記載した第1の2つの実施形態の場合、モータの磁石は螺旋運動で駆動される。その磁石は制御部材を駆動するねじ軸上に成形されている。
− 記載した第3の実施形態の場合、螺旋運動における中心軸はウォームおよびギヤタイプの変速機によって駆動される。制御部材は、種々の角度位置においてフランジと摺動結合するようになっており、電気モータによって移動が制御される制御部材の直線位置を独立して手動調整できるように構成されている。
Claims (3)
- 電動手段によって回転作動されるねじ棒を備える電動アクチュエータであって、
前記ねじ棒は、第1および第2ねじ領域(4,6)を両側に備える駆動領域(10)を有して軸方向に延びて構成されるとともに、軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記第1ねじ領域は固定された第1ナットと協働し、
前記第2ねじ領域は前記第1および第2ねじ領域の軸に平行な軸に沿って並進移動することができる制御部材に取り付けられた第2ナットと協働し、
前記第1および第2ねじ領域はねじ方向が反対に形成され、
前記電動手段が、電動回転駆動されるウォーム(30)と、前記駆動領域に設けられて前記ウォームと噛合して前記ウォームにより回転駆動されるギヤ(31)とを有して構成され、
前記ねじ棒の軸方向移動に対して、前記ギヤ(31)が前記ウォーム(30)と噛合したまま前記ねじ棒と一緒に軸方向に移動可能であり、
前記ねじ棒が前記電動手段によって回転作動されたときに、前記ねじ棒は、前記第1ナットと共働する前記第1ねじ領域の螺旋運動により軸方向に移動され、前記第2ナットは、前記ねじ棒による軸方向移動に加えて前記第2ねじ領域との螺旋運動により軸方向に移動されて前記制御部材を軸方向に移動させることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。 - 前記制御部材とフランジとを種々の角度位置で摺動結合することで、前記制御部材の直線位置は、電気モータによる移動制御とは独立して手動調整可能に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ねじ領域(4,6)のピッチが異なることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
