Claims (6)
- 電界効果トランジスタ及び検出電極を有し、前記電界効果トランジスタのゲート電極は前記検出電極と電気的に接続し、前記検出電極表面にはピリジン金属錯体がスルフィド基で固定されていることを特徴とするエタノールアミンリン酸センサ。
- 電界効果トランジスタ及び検出電極を有し、前記検出電極は、基板上に金、銀、白金、又は銅の金属薄膜を形成し、前記金属薄膜上にピリジン金属錯体がスルフィド基で固定する自己組織化単分子膜処理を行うことを特徴とするエタノールアミンリン酸センサの製造方法。
- 前記ピリジン金属錯体は、(化1)又は(化2)に記載のピリジン金属錯体であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエタノールアミンリン酸センサの製造方法。
- 前記ピリジン金属錯体は、(化3)乃至(化6)に記載のピリジン金属錯体であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のエタノールアミンリン酸センサの製造方法。
