(2) 前記押圧された領域が、熱押圧されている、実施態様1に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(3) 前記押圧された領域が、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に長手方向に延びるスロットを含む、実施態様2に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(4) 前記第3の部分が、生体適合性発泡体を含む、実施態様3に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(5) 前記熱押圧された領域が、空間作成器を前記生体適合性発泡体内に挿入することにより形成されている、実施態様4に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(7) 前記空間作成器が、ワイヤを含む、実施態様6に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(8) 前記スロットが、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間の幅を含み、前記幅が、前記ワイヤの直径によって画定されている、実施態様7に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(9) 締結具カートリッジであって、
カートリッジ本体と、
前記カートリッジ本体内に取り外し可能に少なくとも部分的に格納された複数の締結具と、
組織厚さコンペンセータと、を備え、前記組織厚さコンペンセータが、
第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分から離間配置された第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との中間にある第3の部分と、を含み、前記第3の部分が、熱除去された領域を含む、締結具カートリッジ。
(10) 前記熱除去された領域が、スロットを含む、実施態様9に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(12) 前記第3の部分が、生体適合性発泡体を含む、実施態様11に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(13) 前記熱除去された領域が、空間作成器を前記生体適合性発泡体内に挿入することにより形成されている、実施態様12に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(14) 前記空間作成器が、前記生体適合性発泡体を溶融させるように構成されている、実施態様13に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(15) 前記空間作成器が、ワイヤを含む、実施態様14に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
(17) ステープルカートリッジであって、
カートリッジ本体と、
前記カートリッジ本体内に取り外し可能に少なくとも部分的に格納された複数のステープルと、
生体適合性発泡体と、を備え、前記適合性発泡体が、
第1の部分と、
前記第1の部分から離間配置された第2の部分と、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との中間にある第3の部分と、を含み、前記第3の部分が、少なくとも1つの材料で構成され、前記第3の部分が、前記少なくとも1つの材料を溶融させることにより作成された空間を含む、ステープルカートリッジ。
(18) 前記空間が、加熱された空間作成器を前記第3の部分内に挿入することにより作成されている、実施態様17に記載の生体適合性発泡体。
(19) 前記加熱された空間作成器が、ワイヤを含む、実施態様18に記載の生体適合性発泡体。
(20) 前記空間が、前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間の幅を含み、前記幅が、前記ワイヤの直径によって画定されている、実施態様19に記載の生体適合性発泡体。
Claims (6)
- ステープルカートリッジであって、
カートリッジ本体と、
前記カートリッジ本体内に取り外し可能に少なくとも部分的に格納された複数のステープルであって、前記複数のステープルは、発射部材を前記ステープルカートリッジの近位端から遠位端へ前進させることによって発射されるように構成されている、複数のステープルと、
組織厚さコンペンセータと、を備え、
前記組織厚さコンペンセータが、
第1のステープル留め部分と、
前記第1のステープル留め部分から離間配置された第2のステープル留め部分と、
前記第1のステープル留め部分と前記第2のステープル留め部分との中間にある第3の部分と、を含み、
前記第3の部分が熱押圧された領域を含み、前記熱押圧された領域は前記第1のステープル留め部分と前記第2のステープル留め部分との間を長手方向に延在するスロットを含み、
前記スロットは、前記発射部材の切断部分のための組織厚さコンペンセータナイフ経路を定め、前記発射部材の切断部分は前記発射部材が前記第1のステープル留め部分と前記第2のステープル留め部分との間を遠位に前進させられるにつれて組織を切断するように構成されている、ステープルカートリッジ。 - 前記第3の部分が、生体適合性発泡体を含む、請求項1に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
- 前記熱押圧された領域が、空間作成器を前記生体適合性発泡体内に挿入することにより形成されている、請求項2に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
- 前記空間作成器が、前記生体適合性発泡体を溶融させるように構成されている、請求項3に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
- 前記空間作成器が、ワイヤを含む、請求項4に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
- 前記スロットが、前記第1のステープル留め部分と前記第2のステープル留め部分との間の幅を含み、前記幅が、前記ワイヤの直径によって画定されている、請求項5に記載の組織厚さコンペンセータ。
