Claims (38)
1. Кассета со скобками, содержащая:
корпус кассеты;
множество скобок, съемно расположенных, по меньшей мере, частично в пределах корпуса кассеты; и
компенсатор толщины ткани, содержащий:
первую часть;
вторую часть, отстоящую от первой части; и
третью часть, располагающуюся между первой частью и второй частью, при этом третья часть содержит спрессованный участок.
2. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 1, в котором спрессованный участок спрессован термически.
3. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 2, в котором спрессованный участок содержит паз, проходящий продольно между первой частью и второй частью.
4. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что третья часть содержит биосовместимый вспененный материал.
5. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 4, в котором термически спрессованный участок формируется путем введения средства формирования промежутка в биосовместимый вспененный материал.
6. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 5, в котором средство формирования промежутка выполнено с возможностью проплавления биосовместимого вспененного материала.
7. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 6, в котором средство формирования промежутков содержит проволоку.
8. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 7, в котором паз имеет ширину между первой частью и второй частью, причем ширина определяется диаметром проволоки.
9. Кассета с крепежными элементами, содержащая:
корпус кассеты;
множество крепежных элементов, съемно расположенных, по меньшей мере, частично в пределах корпуса кассеты; и
компенсатор толщины ткани, содержащий:
первую части;
вторую часть, отстоящую от первой части; и
третью часть, расположенную между первой частью и второй частью, причем третья часть содержит термически удаленный участок.
10. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 9, в котором термически удаленный участок содержит паз.
11. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 10, в котором паз проходит продольно между первой частью и второй частью.
12. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 11, в котором третья часть содержит биосовместимый вспененный материал.
13. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 12, в котором термически удаленный участок образован путем введения средства формирования промежутка в биосовместимый материал.
14. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 13, в котором средство формирования промежутка выполнен с возможностью проплавления биосовместимого вспененного материала.
15. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 14, в котором средство формирования промежутка содержит проволоку.
16. Компенсатор толщины ткани по п. 15, в котором паз имеет ширину между первой частью и второй частью, и при этом ширина определяется диаметром проволоки.
17. Кассета со скобками, содержащая:
корпус кассеты;
множество скобок, съемно расположенных, по меньшей мере, частично в пределах корпуса кассеты; и
биосовместимый вспененный материал, содержащий:
первую часть;
вторую часть, отстоящую от первой части; и
третью часть, расположенную между первой частью и второй частью, причем третья часть содержит, по меньшей мере, один материал, причем третья часть содержит промежуток, образованный путем плавления указанного, по меньшей мере, одного материала.
18. Биосовместимый вспененный материал по п. 17, в котором промежуток образуется путем введения нагретого средства формирования промежутков в третью часть.
19. Биосовместимый вспененный материал по п. 18, в котором нагретое средство формирования промежутков содержит проволоку.
20. Биосовместимый вспененный материал по п. 19, в котором промежуток имеет ширину между первой частью и второй частью, при этом ширина определяется диаметром проволоки.
