Description
The present invention relates to a cold wind unit installed on a ceiling of a vehicle and supplying cooled air into a vehicle cabin.
A vehicle air conditioner mounted on a vehicle and supplying air into a vehicle compartment is widely used. In such a vehicle air conditioner, the temperature of the vehicle interior can be adjusted to a comfortable value by blowing out the temperature-controlled air into the vehicle interior.
Patent Document 1 below describes a vehicle air conditioner provided with a refrigeration cycle including a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator and the like. The refrigeration cycle circulates the refrigerant and repeatedly performs compression and expansion of the refrigerant. The temperature of the air blown into the vehicle compartment is adjusted by heat exchange with the refrigerant of the refrigeration cycle.
The vehicle air conditioner described in Patent Document 1 below has an evaporator unit installed on the ceiling of the vehicle. An evaporator and a plurality of blowers are disposed inside the evaporator unit. The plurality of blowers circulate the air in the passenger compartment and pass the air to the evaporator. The air passing through the evaporator is cooled by exchanging heat with the refrigerant flowing inside the evaporator. The vehicle air conditioner described in Patent Document 1 below cools the vehicle interior by supplying air whose temperature has been reduced by such heat exchange into the vehicle interior.
The equipment installed in the passenger compartment is strongly required to be compact. In order to miniaturize the evaporator unit described in Patent Document 1 below, the evaporator and the plurality of blowers need to be disposed close to each other.
However, when the evaporator and the plurality of blowers are disposed close to each other, there is a problem that it becomes difficult to allow air to pass evenly through the evaporator. When the air passing through the evaporator is biased, the efficiency of heat exchange between the evaporator and the air is reduced.
In addition, moisture contained in the passing air may condense on the surface of the evaporator and adhere as condensed water. When the air passing through the evaporator is biased, there is a problem that the condensed water is blown out into the vehicle cabin together with the air at a portion where the flow velocity of the air is high.
This invention is made in view of such a subject, The objective is to provide the cold wind unit which can make air pass through an evaporator equally, achieving size reduction.
In order to solve the above problems, a cold air unit according to the present invention is a cold air unit (15) installed on a ceiling (120) of a vehicle (100) and supplying cooled air into a compartment (110). The evaporator (2) cools the air by causing heat exchange between the passing air and the refrigerant while flowing the refrigerant into the inside, and suctioning the air in the vehicle compartment, and a plurality of centrifugal fans blowing out the air. (301 to 304), and a case (4) which accommodates the plurality of centrifugal fans and guides the air blown out by the plurality of centrifugal fans to the heat exchange. The evaporator is disposed such that its longitudinal direction is along the first direction. The plurality of centrifugal fans are arranged along the first direction, and are adjacent to the evaporator in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and rotation axes thereof are the first direction and the second direction, respectively. It arrange | positions along the crossing 3rd direction. The case guides a plurality of scrolls (421 to 424), in which the plurality of centrifugal fans are disposed, respectively, and air adjacent to the scrolls in the first direction and passing through the scrolls to the evaporator. And a plurality of guide portions (431 to 434) forming a flow path. The guide portion is provided with a flow straightening portion (71 to 74) for directing a part of the air flowing through the guide portion in a direction along the first direction and in a direction from the guide portion toward the centrifugal fan ing. The rectifying unit has a first curved surface (721) which is disposed toward the centrifugal fan and is curved to project in a direction away from the rotational shaft (312) of the centrifugal fan.
The downstream ends (441 to 444) of the plurality of guide portions are partitioned from one another in the first direction by the plurality of partition walls (631 to 633). At least a portion of the guide portion is constituted by the outer surface of the adjacent scroll portion.
According to the above configuration, the air blown out by the centrifugal fan disposed in the scroll portion is guided to the evaporator by the guide portion adjacent to the scroll portion in the first direction. Air flowing from the scroll portion into the guide portion is directed in a direction along the first direction and in a direction from the centrifugal fan toward the guide portion.
In the above configuration, the guide portion is provided with the rectifying portion. The rectifying unit functions to direct a part of the air flowing through the guide in a direction along the first direction from the guide to the centrifugal fan.
Therefore, according to the above configuration, the air blown by the centrifugal fan can be uniformly flowed in the first direction in the guide portion. As a result, it is possible to allow air to pass through the evaporator evenly while achieving miniaturization by closely arranging the evaporator and the plurality of centrifugal fans.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cold air unit capable of uniformly passing air through the evaporator while achieving downsizing.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. In order to facilitate understanding of the description, the same constituent elements in the drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals as much as possible, and redundant description will be omitted.
First, the outline of the
As described later, the
In order to facilitate understanding, as shown in FIG. 1, the forward direction of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The
The
The
The
Each of the
The
One end of
The
As described above, the refrigerant supplied to the
In this way, the air blown out by the
Next, the configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
Moreover, the blower outlets 411-414 are independently formed in the edge part of 4 A of evaporator accommodating parts in-Y direction. The
The
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Subsequently, the configuration in
The
The
The downstream ends 441 to 444 of the respective flow paths formed by the
In the
Moreover, the guide parts 431-434 are provided with the rectification parts 71-74. The rectifying
Subsequently, the flow of air in the
When an electric motor (not shown) is driven to rotate, the
Air flowing into the
The air having passed through the
Here, the
As described above, the
Further, the straightening
The other part of the air flowing through the
In addition, the other part of the air flowing through the
In addition, the other part of the air flowing through the
Thus, at the
As described above, according to the configuration of the
In the configuration of the
Therefore, according to the configuration of the
Further, the rectifying
Further, the downstream ends 441 to 444 of the
