Description
Claims (17)
- 液化燃料ガスを収容する不透過性断熱タンク(1)の壁を不活性にする方法であって、
前記壁は、2つの不透過性バリア(2、4)と、前記2つの不透過性バリア(2、4)との間に位置付けられ、絶縁固体および気相で構成される1つの断熱バリア(3)と、を備えた多層構造、を有し、
前記方法は、
閾値圧力Psより低い負の相対圧力P1の設定ポイントに、前記断熱バリア(3)の気相を設定して維持するために、制御装置がポンプ装置を起動する第1不活性モードを実行する工程であって、前記閾値圧力Psは、前記燃料ガスの可燃限界圧力Piより低い、工程と、
前記第1不活性モード中、前記断熱バリア(3)の前記気相の圧力が、前記閾値圧力Psを超えているかどうかを検出する工程と、
前記閾値圧力Psを超える前記断熱バリア(3)の気相の圧力の検出に応じて、前記第1不活性モードから、不活性ガスで前記断熱バリア(3)を洗い流す第2不活性モードに切り替えする工程と、有する
ことを特徴とする不透過性断熱タンクの壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記閾値圧力Psが、25℃で空気中における前記燃料ガスの爆発限界下限に相当する燃料ガス濃度で構成されるガス混合物において、大気圧で、前記燃料ガスの分圧より低い
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記閾値圧力Psが、25℃で空気中における前記燃料ガスの爆発限界下限に相当する燃料ガス濃度で構成されるガス混合物において、大気圧で、前記燃料ガスの分圧の20%〜35%の間である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記閾値圧力Psが、25℃で空気中の前記燃料ガスの爆発限界下限に相当する前記燃料ガス濃度で構成されるガス混合物において、大気圧で、前記燃料ガスの分圧の30%である
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記閾値圧力Psが、前記燃料ガスの可燃性を可能にする酸素の最小濃度に等しい酸素濃度に相当する空気濃度で構成されるガス混合物において、大気圧で、空気の分圧より低い
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記第2不活性モードにおいて、前記断熱バリア(3)が、大気圧で、不活性ガスで、洗い流される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記燃料ガスが、メタン、エタン、n−ブタン、プロパン、エチレン、および、それらの混合物からなるグループから選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記不活性ガスが、窒素、ヘリウム、アルゴン、および、それらの混合物からなるグループから選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記2つの不透過性バリアの一方が、耐荷重構造(2)からなり、
前記2つの不透過性バリアの他方が、二次金属膜(4)からなり、
前記断熱バリアが、二次断熱バリア(3)であり、
前記多層構造が、前記タンク(1)内に保管される燃料ガスに接する一次金属膜(6)と、前記一次金属膜(6)と前記二次金属膜(4)との間に位置する一次断熱バリア(5)と、をさらに有し、
前記一次断熱バリア(5)が、絶縁固体材料および気相で構成され、
前記方法が、さらに、
閾値圧力Ps′より低い負の相対圧力P1′の設定ポイントに、前記一次断熱バリア(5)の前記気相を設定して維持するために、制御装置がポンプ装置を起動する前記一次断熱バリア(5)の第1不活性モードを実行する工程であって、前記閾値圧力Ps′は、前記燃料ガスの可燃限界圧力Piより低い、工程と、
前記一次断熱バリア(5)の第1不活性モード中、前記一次断熱バリア(5)の前記気相の圧力が、前記閾値圧力Ps′を超えているかどうかを検出する工程と、
前記閾値圧力Ps′を超える前記一次断熱バリア(5)の気相の圧力の検出に応じて、前記第1不活性モードから、不活性ガスで前記一次断熱バリア(5)を洗い流す前記一次断熱バリア(5)の第2不活性モードに切り替える工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 前記閾値圧力Psは、可変であり、
前記一次断熱バリア(5)の第1不活性モードが実行されている間、第1の値は、前記閾値圧力Psに割り当てられ、第2の値は、前記閾値圧力Ps′を超える前記一次断熱バリア(5)の気相の圧力の検出に応じて、前記閾値圧力Psに割り当てられる
ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の壁を不活性にする方法。 - 液化燃料ガスを収容し、壁および不活性システムを有する不透過性断熱タンク(1)であって、
前記壁は、2つの不透過性バリア(2、4)と、前記2つの不透過性バリア(2、4)の間に位置付けられ、断熱固体材料および気相で構成される1つの断熱バリア(3)と、を備えた多層構造、を有し、
前記不活性システムは、ポンプ装置(7)と、圧力センサ(9)と、不活性ガス噴射装置(11)と、制御ユニット(10)と、を有し、
前記ポンプ装置(7)は、閾値圧力Psより低い負の相対圧力P1に前記断熱バリア(3)の気相を設定して維持するために設けられ、
前記閾値圧力Psは、前記燃料ガスの可燃限界圧力Piより低く、
前記圧力センサ(9)は、前記断熱バリア(3)内の気相の圧力を表す信号を提供することが可能であり、
前記不活性ガス噴射装置(11)は、一端が不活性ガス貯蔵装置(12)および/または不活性ガス発生器に接続され、他端が前記一次断熱バリア(3)の内部に不活性ガスを供給する供給パイプ(14)に接続され、
前記制御ユニット(10)は、前記断熱バリア(3)内の前記気相の圧力を示す信号を受信して処理し、前記断熱バリア(3)内の気相の圧力と前記燃料ガスの可燃限界圧力Piよりも低い閾値圧力Psとを比較して、前記断熱バリア(3)の気相の圧力が前記閾値圧力Psを超えたかどうかを検出し、前記閾値圧力Psを超える前記一次断熱バリア(3
)の気相の圧力の検出に応じて、前記不活性ガス噴射装置(11)を起動するための信号を生成する
ことを特徴とする不透過性断熱タンク(1)。 - 前記不活性ガス噴射装置(11)が、窒素発生器に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の不透過性断熱タンク(1)。 - 前記気相で燃料ガスの濃度を測定するガス分析装置が、さらに設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の不透過性断熱タンク(1)。 - 前記2つの不透過性バリアの一方が、耐荷重構造(2)からなり、
前記2つの不透過性バリアの他方が、二次金属膜(4)からなり、
前記多層構造が、前記タンク内に保管される燃料ガスに接する一次金属膜(6)と、前記一次金属膜(6)と前記二次金属膜(4)との間に位置する断熱バリア(5)と、をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の不透過性断熱タンク。 - 請求項11〜14のいずれか一項に記載の液化ガスを保管するための不透過性断熱タンク(1)を有するタンカー。
- 請求項15に記載のタンカー(70)に積み降ろすための方法であって、
流体が、浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)から前記タンカーの不透過性断熱タンク(71)まで、または、前記タンカーの不透過性断熱タンク(71)から前記浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)まで、絶縁パイプ(73、79、76、81)を介して運ばれる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 流体輸送システムにおいて、
請求項15に記載のタンカー(70)と、
前記タンカーの船体に取り付けられるタンク(71)を浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設(77)に接続するために、配置される絶縁パイプ(73、79、76、81)と、
前記浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設から前記タンカーのタンクまで、または、前記タンカーのタンクから前記浮遊貯蔵施設または陸上貯蔵施設まで、前記絶縁パイプを介して流体を運ぶポンプと、で構成される
ことを特徴とする流体輸送シスム。
