Claims (5)
- 処理液を貯留する槽と、
該槽内に設けられた、微細気泡を吐出する散気部を有する散気手段と、
該散気部の上方に設けられた、駆動装置により回転する、下降流を生じさせる撹拌翼と、
該駆動装置を制御する制御手段とよりなり、
前記散気部は、前記撹拌翼に対して、前記散気部の、前記槽の底面に対する投影面と、前記撹拌翼の、前記底面に対する投影面とが重ならないように設けられ、
前記撹拌翼は、前記散気部に対して、回転する該撹拌翼により、前記散気部が吐出した微細気泡を下方に押し込むことなく、側方及び上方から取り込み、下方に吐出する位置に設けられ、
前記制御手段は、前記散気部から微細気泡が槽内に吐出される時に、前記駆動装置を制御して前記撹拌翼を回転させることを特徴とする曝気撹拌装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記微細気泡を下方に吐出する吐出流が到達する深さを、前記槽の底面よりも高い任意の深さとなるように、前記撹拌翼の回転数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の曝気撹拌装置。
- 前記散気手段の散気部は、環状に形成され、前記撹拌翼は、該環状に形成された散気部の内側の上方に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の曝気撹拌装置。
- 前記環状に形成された散気部の内側に挿入可能で、かつ、最大の大きさとなる、前記撹拌翼の軸と同軸の仮想円の径が、前記撹拌翼の径に対して、1.0よりも大きく4.0倍以下となるように、前記散気部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の曝気撹拌装置。
- 前記撹拌翼は、水面から水深の10%から50%の間の位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の曝気撹拌装置。
