Claims (5)
- 非接地系統における三相の配電線に接続された接地変圧器の二次側に接続された三相の負荷のうち、少なくとも一相の負荷のアドミッタンスを他相の負荷のアドミッタンスと異ならせ、
前記接地変圧器の三次側に接続された制限抵抗の両端間電圧を測定し、
前記測定した前記制限抵抗の両端間電圧から得られる前記接地変圧器の一次側の零相電圧と、前記制限抵抗の抵抗値と、前記接地変圧器の一次電圧に対する三次電圧の比率である三次変圧比と、を用いた演算式に基づき、前記配電線の三相一括の対地静電容量を算出する、
対地静電容量測定方法。 - 前記制限抵抗の抵抗値を第一抵抗値と前記第一抵抗値とは異なる第二抵抗値とに切り替えて前記測定をそれぞれ行い、
前記制限抵抗の抵抗値を前記第一抵抗値にした場合に行った前記測定の結果を用いた前記演算式である第一演算式と、前記制限抵抗の抵抗値を前記第二抵抗値にした場合に行った前記測定の結果を用いた前記演算式である第二演算式と、の二式に基づき、前記三相一括の対地静電容量を算出する、
請求項2に記載の対地静電容量測定方法。 - 各相の前記配電線の対地静電容量が同一であると仮定して前記演算式を変形した第三演算式によって、各相の前記配電線の対地静電容量が同一であると仮定した場合の前記三相一括の対地静電容量を算出する、
