- 2つの金属ブロックと、
前記金属ブロックの間に積層され、表面が矩形の複数の圧電素子と、
前記金属ブロックと前記圧電素子及び前記圧電素子同士を接合する接合材と、

前記圧電素子の表面の中心から4つの角へ向かう対角線方向の熱膨張係数が等しい
ことを特徴とする超音波振動子。 - 前記圧電素子は、36度回転YカットX伝搬のニオブ酸リチウムウエハから結晶軸X軸に平行及び垂直な辺を有する形状である
