Description
Claims (17)
- 複数のスライドガラスを押して、前記複数のスライドガラスとスライドガラスキャリアとの間のボンドを破断する第1の部分と、前記複数のスライドガラスからの1つのスライドガラスを前記スライドガラスキャリアから放出する第2の部分とを有するスライドガラス放出器を備え、前記複数のスライドガラスが、前記スライドガラスキャリア内で水平方向に位置合わせされて、前記スライドガラスキャリアのそれぞれの棚上に置かれ、重力を介して位置合わせおよび均一の間隔を可能にする、
自動標本処理システム。 - 前記第1の部分が、モータ駆動アクチュエータに結合され、前記第2の部分が、空圧アクチュエータに結合される、請求項1に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記1つのスライドガラスを前記スライドガラスキャリア内へ押し戻すプッシャ要素をさらに備える、請求項1または2に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記第1の部分が、前記複数のスライドガラスに係合する波形の表面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記第1の部分が、前記複数のスライドガラスに係合する起伏のある表面を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記1つのスライドガラスのラベルを読み取るラベルリーダをさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記ラベルリーダが、光学センサ、バーコードスキャナ、およびOCRデバイスのうちの1つである、請求項6に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記ラベルリーダに結合されたプロセッサおよびメモリをさらに備え、前記プロセッサが、前記1つのスライドガラスの前記ラベルの読取りに基づいて前記ラベルリーダから受け取ったスライドガラス情報に基づいて動作を実行する、請求項7に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 標本を処理する方法であって、
自動標本処理システムのスライドガラス放出器を使用して、水平方向の位置に向けたスライドガラスキャリアからスライドガラスを放出するステップと、
前記自動標本処理システムに結合されたラベルリーダを使用して、前記スライドガラスのラベルを読み取るステップと、
プロセッサを利用して、前記ラベルリーダによって読み取った前記ラベルに基づいて、前記スライドガラス上で実行すべき1つまたは複数のプロセスを決定するステップと、を含み、
前記スライドガラスを放出する前に、破砕要素を使用して、前記スライドガラスと前記スライドガラスキャリアとの間の付着ボンドを破砕するステップをさらに含む、方法。 - 前記プロセッサに通信可能に結合されたメモリから前記1つまたは複数のプロセスを取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記1つまたは複数のプロセスが、標本の調整、抗原の回収、乾燥、洗浄、染色、免疫組織化学プロトコル、原位置ハイブリッド形成、視覚化、顕微鏡検査、撮像、または他の分析の1つまたは複数を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記破砕要素が、複数のスライドガラスに対する複数の付着ボンドを破砕する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記複数のスライドガラスを順次放出して、対応する複数のラベルを読み取るステップをさらに含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- プッシャ要素を使用して、各スライドガラスを前記スライドガラスキャリアへ戻すステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- スライドガラスキャリアを撮像デバイスへ輸送するスライドガラスキャリアハンドラと、
前記スライドガラスのラベルを走査するラベルリーダと、
スライドガラスを前記スライドガラスキャリアから放出するスライドガラス放出器とを備え、前記スライドガラス放出器が、前記複数のスライドガラスのうちの2つ以上のスライドガラスを順次押し込んで、前記2つ以上のスライドガラスと前記スライドガラスキャリアとの間のボンドを破断する第1の部分と、前記2つ以上のスライドガラスを前記スライドガラスキャリアから放出する第2の部分とを備え、
前記スライドガラスキャリアハンドラが、前記スライドガラスキャリア内の複数のスライドガラスが水平方向に位置合わせされるように、前記スライドガラスキャリアを位置合わせする、
自動標本処理システム。 - 前記ラベルリーダが、光学センサ、バーコードスキャナ、およびOCRデバイスのうちの1つである、請求項15に記載の自動標本処理システム。
- 前記ラベルリーダに結合されたプロセッサおよびメモリをさらに備え、前記プロセッサが、前記スライドガラスの前記ラベルの読取りに基づいて前記ラベルリーダから受け取ったスライドガラス情報に基づいて動作を実行する、請求項15または16に記載の自動標本処理システム。
