Description
本願発明には以下の態様が含まれる。
項1.
組成物A及びBを備えるキットであって、
組成物Aは、ASTM D455による25℃で7500cP未満の粘度を有し、
15重量%〜50重量%のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート、及び
少なくとも70%の第1エチレンオキシド含量を有する45重量%〜80重量%のポリエーテルポリオールを組み合わせることを含むプロセスにより調製される、ポリウレタンプレポリマーを含み、
組成物Bは、
少なくとも50重量%の反応性ヒドロキシ成分、
5重量%〜15重量%の触媒、
27重量%までの架橋剤、及び
15重量%までの界面活性剤を含む、前記キット。
項2.
ポリウレタン組成物を作製する方法であって、
ASTM D455による25℃で7500cP未満の粘度を有し、
15重量%〜50重量%のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート、及び
少なくとも70%の第1エチレンオキシド含量を有する45重量%〜80重量%のポリエーテルポリオールを組み合わせることを含むプロセスにより調製される、ポリウレタンプレポリマーを含む、組成物Aを得ることと、
少なくとも50重量%の反応性ヒドロキシ成分、
27重量%までの架橋剤、
5重量%〜15重量%の触媒、及び
15重量%までの界面活性剤を含む、組成物Bを得ることと、
組成物A及び組成物Bを組み合わせることと
を含む、前記方法。
項3.
組成物Aは、ASTM D5155による6〜14のNCO含量を有する、項1に記載の前記キットまたは項2に記載の前記方法。
項4.
組成物Aは、ASTM D455による3500〜7500cPの25℃での粘度を有する、項1に記載の前記キットまたは項2もしくは3に記載の前記方法。
項5.
組成物A対組成物Bの重量比が、6:9〜10:5の範囲内である、項1に記載の前記キットまたは項2、3、もしくは4に記載の前記方法。
項6.
前記組み合わせることが、組成物Aを噴霧することと、同時に組成物Bを噴霧することとを含む、項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
項7.
組成物Bと組み合わせる前に、組成物Aを65〜85℃の範囲内の温度に加熱することにより、組成物Aの粘度を低下させることをさらに含む、項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
項8.
組成物A及び組成物Bの組み合わせを表面に塗布することをさらに含む、項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法。
項9.
項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の前記方法により調製される、ポリウレタン組成物。
項10.
35〜65kg/m3の密度を有する、項9に記載の前記ポリウレタン組成物。
Claims (13)
- 組成物A及びBを備えるキットであって、
組成物Aは、ASTM D455による25℃で7500cP未満の粘度を有し、当該組成物Aの総重量を基準として、
15重量%〜50重量%のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート、及び
45重量%〜80重量%のポリエーテルポリオールであって、ASTM 4273−88によりNMRで測定される少なくとも70%のエチレンオキシド含量を有するポリエーテルポリオールを組み合わせることを含むプロセスにより調製される、ポリウレタンプレポリマーを含み、
組成物Bは、当該組成物Bの総重量を基準として、
少なくとも50重量%の反応性ヒドロキシ成分、
27重量%までの架橋剤、
5重量%〜15重量%の触媒、及び
15重量%までの界面活性剤を含む、
キット。 - 組成物Aは、ASTM D5155による6〜14のNCO含量を有する、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 組成物Aは、ASTM D455による3500〜7500cPの25℃での粘度を有する、請求項1に記載のキット。
- 組成物A対組成物Bの重量比が、6:9〜10:5の範囲内である、請求項1に記載のキット。
- ポリウレタン組成物を作製する方法であって、
以下を含む組成物Aを得ることと、
ASTM D455による25℃で7500cP未満の粘度を有し、当該組成物Aの総重量を基準として、
15重量%〜50重量%のメチレンジフェニルジイソシアネート、及び
45重量%〜80重量%のポリエーテルポリオールであって、ASTM 4273−88によりNMRで測定される少なくとも70%のエチレンオキシド含量を有するポリエーテルポリオールを組み合わせることを含むプロセスにより調製される、ポリウレタンプレポリマー、
以下を含む組成物Bを得ることと、
当該組成物Bの総重量を基準として、
少なくとも50重量%の反応性ヒドロキシ成分、
27重量%までの架橋剤、
5重量%〜15重量%の触媒、及び
15重量%までの界面活性剤、
前記組成物A及び前記組成物Bを組み合わせることと
を含む、方法。 - 組成物Aは、ASTM D5155による6〜14のNCO含量を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 組成物Aは、ASTM D455による3500〜7500cPの25℃での粘度を有する、請求項5又は6に記載の方法。
- 組成物A対組成物Bの重量比が、6:9〜10:5の範囲内である、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記組み合わせることが、組成物Aを噴霧することと、同時に組成物Bを噴霧することとを含む、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組成物Bと組み合わせる前に、組成物Aを65〜85℃の範囲内の温度に加熱することにより、組成物Aの粘度を低下させることをさらに含む、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組成物A及び組成物Bの組み合わせを表面に塗布することをさらに含む、請求項5〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により調製される、ポリウレタン組成物。
- 35〜65kg/m3の密度を有する、請求項12に記載のポリウレタン組成物。
