Claims (4)
- 樹脂材料からなる内層と、前記内層の外表面に配置された補強体と、前記内層の外表面と前記補強体の外表面とを被覆するように配置された樹脂材料からなる外層と、前記補強体と前記内層とを固定する接合材により構成された固定部と、を有する管状のチューブ本体を備えたカテーテルであって、
前記接合材は、前記内層および前記外層とは異なる材料で構成されており、
前記固定部は、前記補強体の軸方向の先端部のみに配置され、かつ、前記補強体の軸方向の先端部の少なくとも一部を前記内層の周方向に沿う全周に亘って被覆するとともに、前記補強体を形成する素線と前記内層との間および前記素線と前記外層との間に介在し、
前記固定部は、前記補強体の軸方向の先端を含む部分に少なくとも形成されている、カテーテル。 - 前記接合材は、樹脂材料からなる接着剤、またはカップリング剤である、請求項1に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記補強体は、前記内層の外表面と前記外層との間に編組された複数の前記素線を有し、
前記固定部は、複数の前記素線の各々の間に介在している、請求項1または請求項2に記載のカテーテル。 - 内層および外層を有するチューブ本体を備えるカテーテルの製造方法であって、
前記内層の外表面に接合材を塗布する工程と、
前記内層の外表面に補強体を配設し、前記補強体の軸方向の先端部の少なくとも一部を前記内層の周方向に沿う全周に亘って前記接合材により被覆して固定部を形成する工程と、
前記内層と前記補強体と前記固定部を前記外層により被覆する工程と、
前記固定部において前記外層および前記補強体を切断して除去する工程と、を含むカテーテルの製造方法。
