Description

Claims (16)
- 1対の椎骨間にある椎間板を修復するためのデバイス(1,100)であって、前記椎間板に隣接する前記椎骨のうちの一方の中に前進しそこに固着されるのに適した係留体(2,102)と、安定した連結位置で前記係留体(2,102)に取り付け可能であり、前記椎間板の外輪部の内部空間に髄核を保持するかまたは前記髄核の代わりに使用するのに適したプロテーゼ(3,103,203,303)とを備えるデバイス(1,100)において、
前記係留体は、前記プロテーゼが前記外輪部の孔に向かって、その孔を通る方向に配向されるように、上述の前記連結位置に前記プロテーゼを支持および配設するように適合されており、前記プロテーゼは少なくとも1つの作用部分(4)を備え、少なくとも1つの前記作用部分(4)が、前記外輪部の前記内部空間に前記作用部分を配置する間に、前記外輪部の前記孔を貫通して前記作用部分を挿入することを可能にするのに適した第1の配置形状(A)と、前記作用部分が前記外輪部の前記内部空間で配置姿勢をとる際に、前記外輪部の前記孔を少なくとも部分的に閉塞しかつ/または前記髄核の少なくとも一部分の代わりに使用されるのに適した少なくとも1つの第2の動作形状(B)とをとりそれを維持するように適合されており、

ことを特徴とするデバイス(1)。 - 請求項8から10のいずれかに記載のデバイス(1)であって、前記プロテーゼの前記作用部分がコンパクト形状の前記第1の配置形状(A)を採用するときに、可撓性の前記膜(10)が前記らせん状のフィラメント要素(13)内で内側または外側に折り畳まれていることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 請求項9から11のいずれかに記載のデバイス(1)であって、可撓性の前記膜(10)が、前記らせん状のフィラメント要素(13)が中を通るチャネルを備えた網であることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス(1)であって、前記係留体(2)が係留ベクトル(d1)に従って長手方向に延び、前記プロテーゼ(3)の前記作用部分(4)が前記第1の配置形状(A)に長円の構成を採用するように適合されており、前記プロテーゼが、前記安定した連結位置に取り付けられると、前記プロテーゼの前記作用部分が前記係留体からつり下げられ前記係留ベクトル(d1)と同一平面にくるように配向されるように、前記係留体によって支持および配設されることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイス(1)であって、前記管(14)内に収容された前記プロテーゼ(3)の前記接続部分(17)が、この接続部分(17)と前記係留体との間の、したがって、言及した前記係留体(2)に対する前記プロテーゼ(3)の遊びを制御できるように前記管(14)の前記側壁(20)の内面(20a)上を摺動する支持面(21)を備えることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 請求項14に記載のデバイス(1)であって、相補的な糸(23)またはケーブルが、前記係留体(2)の管(14)の形態の前記長手方向部分に固着され、前記係留体(2)の内側の空洞を通って前記口(16)に向かって延び、前記デバイスを植え込む間に患者の体外に出ることができるように十分な距離だけ延びており、前記プロテーゼ(3)の前記接続部分(17)が、それぞれの貫通孔(24、25)を備え、前記貫通孔(24、25)を通して前記相補的な糸またはケーブルの自由端を挿入できることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
- 請求項15に記載のデバイス(1)であって、前記相補的な糸(23)またはケーブルが堅い終端のフィラメント部分を備えることを特徴とするデバイス(1)。
