Description
凝縮器伝熱管のコーティング液の製造
1H,1H,2H,2H−パーフルオロデシルトリクロロシラン及びn−ヘキサンを1:1000の割合で混合して、コーティング液を製造し、凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステムを通じて凝縮器伝熱管をコーティングした。
凝縮器伝熱管の表面に対する凝縮性能の確認
図5は、凝縮器伝熱管の表面をコーティングした後、接触角を測定したものであって、接触角は155ないし163度と測定された。接触角の測定結果、伝熱管の表面コーティングを通じて超疎水性を具現したものと判断され、図6を検討すると、凝縮器伝熱管に水滴がつかないことをさらに確認することで、超疎水性コーティングがなされたと認められる。
Claims (11)
- 凝縮器伝熱管の表面をコーティングするためのシステムにおいて、
前記凝縮器伝熱管は、複数の伝熱管を含む円筒状バンドルであり、
前記円筒状バンドルの外周面から所定の距離離隔し、コーティング液を供給するために備えられる噴射部と、
前記円筒状バンドルの外周面をコーティングするために、前記噴射部と一つ以上に結合される噴射ノズル部と、
前記噴射ノズル部から噴射されて、前記円筒状バンドルの外周面をコーティングし、流れ落ちるコーティング液を回収するための回収部と、
前記回収部および噴射部と結合されて回収部に格納されたコーティング液を噴射部へ供給するための循環部と、
前記円筒状バンドルを支持し、回転させる第1の回転部および第2の回転部と、
第1の移動回転部および第2の移動回転部と、を含み、
前記第1の移動回転部および第2の移動回転部は、前記第1の回転部および前記第2の回転部間の内側に位置し、前記円筒状バンドルの長手方向の両側端部の下方を、それぞれ2点で支持し、同一の方向に回転し、前記円筒状バンドルの垂直方向にそれぞれ垂直移動し、
前記第1の移動回転部の移動により、前記円筒状バンドルが前記第2の回転部の方向に移動し、
前記第2の移動回転部の移動により、前記円筒状バンドルが前記第1の回転部の方向に移動する、凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。 - 前記第1の回転部及び第2の回転部は、
前記円筒状バンドルの長手方向の両側端部の下方を、それぞれ2点で支持し、同一の方向に回転する請求項1に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。 - 前記循環部は、
回収部と連結された第1の連結管と、
噴射部と連結された第2の連結管と、
一定の圧力でコーティング液を循環させるための循環ポンプと、を含み、
前記循環ポンプは、第1の連結管及び第2の連結管と結合される請求項1または請求項2に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。 - 前記噴射部は、円筒状バンドルの長手方向に構成された直線バー(bar)形状に形成される請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記直線バー形状の噴射部は、円筒状バンドルをコーティングするために、前記円筒状バンドルの水平方向に水平移動し、前記水平移動は、前記噴射部に備えられる移動部により行われる請求項4に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記第1の移動回転部および第2の移動回転部の前記垂直移動は、回収部に備えられる垂直移動部により行われる請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記第1の回転部および第2の回転部の回転速度は、4から8度/分(deg/min)である請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記コーティング液は、シラン化合物および有機溶媒を含む請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記シラン化合物は、パーフルオロデシルトリメトキシシラン(Perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane)、トリエトキシオクチルシラン(Triethoxyoctylsilane)、パーフルオロデシルトリクロロシラン(Perfluorodecylchlorosilane)およびパーフルオロデシルトリエトキシシラン(Perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane)からなる群から選ばれる請求項8に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記有機溶媒は、メタノール、エタノール、プロパノール、ヘキサン、ヘプタンおよびシクロヘキサンからなる群から選ばれる請求項8に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
- 前記噴射ノズル部によって噴射されるコーティング液は、0.1から0.7barの圧力で噴射される請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の凝縮器伝熱管のコーティングシステム。
