Claims (10)
- タービンエンジンの少なくとも第一羽根組の回転駆動のための遊星歯車装置(30,70)であって、
前記タービンエンジンの長手軸線を中心として、回転駆動されるために前記エンジンの回転子(28,76)へ接続されるのに適する太陽歯車(32,74)と、
前記太陽歯車に噛合する少なくとも一つの遊星歯車(34,78)と、
前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車を回転可能に担持して、前記少なくとも一つの第一羽根組を回転駆動するために、前記少なくとも一つの第一羽根組(25a,82)へ接続されるのに適する遊星枠(36,80)と、
前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車に噛合するリング(38,72)とを具備する、タービンエンジンの少なくとも第一羽根組の回転駆動のための遊星歯車装置(30,70)において、
前記遊星歯車装置(30,70)は、第一等速ボール伝動継手(44,84)をさらに備え、
前記第一等速ボール伝動継手は、半径外方向に延在しかつ前記タービンエンジンの前記回転子へ接続されるのに適するフランジ(50,88)が設けられた第一端部と、溝機構(48,86)によって前記太陽歯車周りに取り付けられた環状部(44a,84a)が設けられて前記第一端部から反対側の第二端部と、を有することを特徴とする遊星歯車装置。 - 前記第一等速ボール伝動継手は、次のルゼッパ継手、ワイス継手、プランジング継手、及び、ダブルオフセット型プランジング継手から選択される継手である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一等速ボール伝動継手の前記フランジは、複数のボルト接続部(52,90)を介して前記エンジンの前記回転子の柔軟な駆動軸(28a,76)へ固定されるのに適する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記リングは、第二等速ボール伝動継手(46)を介して第二羽根組(25b)へ接続されるのに適する請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第一羽根組又は前記第二羽根組は、ターボプロップの単一又は二重のプロペラ、又は、ターボジェットの単一又は二重のファンに属している請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第二等速ボール伝動継手は、次のルゼッパ継手、ワイス継手、プランジング継手、及び、ダブルオフセット型プランジング継手から選択される請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第二等速ボール伝動継手は、半径外方向に延在しかつ複数のボルト接続部(54)を介して前記リングへ接続されるのに適した第一フランジが設けられた第一端部と、半径内方向に延在する第二フランジが設けられて前記第二羽根組へ固定されるのに適する、前記第一端部から反対側の第二端部と、を有する請求項4又は5に記載の装置。
- 前記第二等速ボール伝動継手の前記第二フランジは、複数のボルト接続部(56)を介して前記第二羽根組の柔軟な駆動軸(40)へ固定されるのに適している請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第二羽根組の前記柔軟な駆動軸は、前記遊星枠へ固定されるのに適する前記第一羽根組の強固な駆動軸(42)の内側に取り付けられる請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記太陽歯車、前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車、及び、前記リングは、生じる軸線方向のスラスト力を無くすように、軸線方向に二重化され、反対に(二重螺旋状に)取り付けられた螺旋ホイールを具備する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
