Claims (5)
- 対象に薬を運ぶように構成されるシステムであって:
コンピューティングデバイスからオーディオ入力信号を受信し、受信した前記オーディオ入力信号に基づいて電力を提供するように構成されるパワーサブシステム;
前記パワーサブシステムにより提供される電力により駆動される振動要素を含む呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスであって、前記振動要素による薬の噴霧化に応答して、対象の気道に薬を運ぶように構成される呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイス;
前記オーディオ入力信号の第1周波数を有するオーディオ入力信号を受信するように構成されるサウンド入力変換サブシステムであって、前記第1周波数を有するオーディオ入力信号を、前記第1周波数に応じて決定される第2周波数を有する超音波出力信号に変換するように更に構成され、前記第1周波数は可聴周波数であり、前記第2周波数は超音波周波数である、サウンド入力変換サブシステム;
を有し、前記振動要素は前記超音波出力信号に基づいて制御され、
前記振動要素の機械的な運動が、前記呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスの動作中に超音波エネルギを放出させ、前記システムは:
前記呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスの動作中に放出された前記超音波エネルギを測定し、測定された超音波エネルギの1つ以上の特徴を表す出力信号を生成するように構成されるセンサ;及び
生成された出力信号を受信するように構成されるサウンド出力変換サブシステムであって、前記生成された出力信号をオーディオ出力信号に変換するように構成され、前記オーディオ出力信号を前記コンピューティングデバイスに提供するように構成される、サウンド出力変換サブシステム;
を有し、前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記振動要素の動作周波数が共鳴周波数から離れるにつれて増加する超音波エネルギ信号の位相差が小さくなるように、前記オーディオ出力信号に基づいて調整された前記第1の周波数を有する前記オーディオ入力信号を提供するシステム。 - 前記オーディオ入力信号は前記コンピューティングデバイスのコネクタから受信され、前記パワーサブシステムは、前記コンピューティングデバイスの前記コネクタから前記オーディオ入力信号を受信するように構成され、前記パワーサブシステムは、前記オーディオ入力信号から電力を取得するように構成される電力取得回路を含み、前記システムはコンピュータプログラムモジュールを実行するように構成される1つ以上のプロセッサを更に有し、前記コンピュータプログラムモジュールは:
前記呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスにより放出される超音波エネルギのエネルギ振幅であって前記振動要素の共鳴周波数におけるエネルギ振幅を示すパラメータを、前記オーディオ出力信号に基づいて、決定するように構成されるパラメータ決定モジュール;
前記パラメータに基づいて前記オーディオ入力信号を制御するように構成される制御モジュール;及び
前記パラメータに基づいて、前記対象に対して推奨される処置が順守されている程度を示す忠実性メトリックを決定するように構成される忠実性モジュール;
を有し、前記超音波エネルギのエネルギ振幅は、噴霧化された薬の供給を制御するためのフラップバルブの位置に応じて変化し、前記コンピューティングデバイスは、前記フラップバルブの閉塞に応じて、前記呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスに提供される電力が減少するように、前記オーディオ入力信号を前記パワーサブシステムに提供する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記パラメータ決定モジュール、前記制御モジュール、及び/又は、前記忠実性モジュールのうちの1つ以上が前記コンピューティングデバイスに含まれる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピューティングデバイスは、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、携帯用コンピュータ、ネットブック、タブレット、スマートフォン、ワイヤレス電話、携帯用電子装置、携帯用通信装置、ディジタルカメラ、又はゲームコンソールである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンピューティングデバイスは:
前記呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスの動作のために1つ以上の制御機能を提供すること;及び
呼吸薬物デリバリーデバイスに関する忠実性メトリックの監視を行うこと;
のうちの1つ以上を行うように構成され、前記忠実性メトリックは前記対象に対して推奨される処置が順守されている程度を示す、請求項1に記載のシステム。
