Description
本発明は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
認証システムであって、前記認証システムは、
外科用ステープリングデバイスに固定されるように構成されている装填ユニット上に配置されている認証基板アセンブリであって、前記認証基板アセンブリは、
近位端および遠位端を有する第1の回路基板と、
前記第1の回路基板の前記近位端に固定され、前記近位端から近位に延びている接触アセンブリと、
前記接触アセンブリと動作可能に連通している、前記第1の回路基板に固定されているチップと
を含む、認証基板アセンブリと、
外科用ステープリングデバイス上に配置されているアダプタ基板アセンブリであって、前記アダプタ基板アセンブリは、
上面および下面を有する第2の回路基板と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記下面に固定されている少なくとも1つの接点と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記上面上に配置されているばねと
を含む、アダプタ基板アセンブリと
を備え、
前記認証基板の前記接触アセンブリは、前記アダプタ基板アセンブリの前記少なくとも1つの接点を係合するように構成されている、認証システム。
(項目2)
前記チップは、カートリッジサイズ、ステープル配列、ステープル長、締め上げ距離、製造日、有効期限、適合性特性、一意の識別子、および使用回数から成る群から選択される、前記装填ユニットに関連する認証データを含む、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目3)
前記チップは、暗号化されたデータを含む、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目4)
前記チップは、SHAアルゴリズムを使用して前記装填ユニットを認証する、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目5)
前記チップは、1ワイヤ双方向シリアル通信インターフェースを含む、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目6)
前記アダプタ基板は、前記アダプタ基板を前記アダプタアセンブリに保持するように構成されているばねクリップをさらに含む、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目7)
前記認証基板アセンブリの前記接触アセンブリは、
第1の接触部材を有する短い接触アームであって、前記第1の接触部材は、直角に配置され、前記短い接触アームの近位端の上部分に固定されている、短い接触アームと、
第2の接触部材を有する長い接触アームであって、前記第2の接触部材は、直角に配置され、前記長い接触アームの近位端の上部分に固定されている、長い接触アームと、
直角に配置され、前記短い接触アームまたは前記長い接触アームのうちの少なくとも1つの遠位端の下部分に固定されているはんだタブと
をさらに備えている、項目1に記載の認証システム。
(項目8)
外科用ステープリングデバイスであって、前記外科用ステープリングデバイスは、
ハンドルアセンブリと、
前記ハンドルアセンブリから遠位に延びているアダプタアセンブリであって、前記アダプタアセンブリは、
前記アダプタアセンブリの遠位端に配置されているアダプタ回路基板であって、前記アダプタ回路基板は、上面および下面を有する、アダプタ回路基板と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記下面に固定されている少なくとも1つの接点と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記上面上に配置されているばねと
を含む、アダプタアセンブリと、
前記アダプタアセンブリの遠位端に動作可能に接続可能である装填ユニットであって、前記装填ユニットは、
前記装填ユニットの近位端に配置されている認証回路基板であって、前記認証回路基板は、近位端および遠位端を有する、認証回路基板と、
前記認証回路基板の前記近位端に固定され、前記近位端から近位に延びている接触アセンブリと、
前記接触アセンブリと動作可能に連通している、前記認証回路基板に固定されているチップと
を含む、装填ユニットと
を備え、
前記認証回路基板の前記接触アセンブリは、前記アダプタ回路基板の前記少なくとも1つの接点を係合する、外科用ステープリングデバイス。

前記チップは、カートリッジサイズ、ステープル配列、ステープル長、締め上げ距離、製造日、有効期限、適合性特性、一意の識別子、および使用回数から成る群から選択される、前記装填ユニットに関連する認証データを含む、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目10)
前記チップは、暗号化されたデータを含む、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目11)
前記チップは、SHAアルゴリズムを使用して前記装填ユニットを認証する、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目12)
前記チップは、1ワイヤ双方向シリアル通信インターフェースを含む、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目13)
前記チップは、前記ハンドルアセンブリと動作連通している、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目14)
前記アダプタ回路基板は、前記アダプタ回路基板を前記アダプタアセンブリに保持するように構成されているばねクリップをさらに含む、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目15)
前記アダプタアセンブリは、外管をさらに含み、
前記アダプタ回路基板の前記ばねは、前記外管に力を加えることにより、前記認証回路基板に向かって前記アダプタ回路基板アセンブリを付勢する、
項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目16)
前記装填ユニットの近位端は、前記近位端から半径方向に延びている接触支持体を含み、前記接触支持体は、前記接触支持体の中に画定された一対のクレードルを含み、前記一対のクレードルは、前記認証回路基板の前記接触アセンブリを受け取るように構成されている、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
(項目17)
前記認証回路基板の前記接触アセンブリは、
第1の接触部材を有する短い接触アームであって、前記第1の接触部材は、直角に配置され、前記短い接触アームの近位端の上部分に固定されている、短い接触アームと、
第2の接触部材を有する長い接触アームであって、前記第2の接触部材は、直角に配置され、前記長い接触アームの近位端の上部分に固定されている、長い接触アームと、
直角に配置され、前記短い接触アームまたは前記長い接触アームのうちの少なくとも1つの遠位端の下部分に固定されているはんだタブと
をさらに備えている、項目8に記載の外科用ステープリングデバイス。
Claims (17)
- 認証システムであって、前記認証システムは、
外科用ステープリングデバイスに固定されるように構成されている装填ユニット上に配置されている認証基板アセンブリであって、前記認証基板アセンブリは、
近位端および遠位端を有する第1の回路基板と、
前記第1の回路基板の前記近位端に固定され、前記近位端から近位に延びている接触アセンブリと、
前記接触アセンブリと動作可能に連通している、前記第1の回路基板に固定されているチップと
を含む、認証基板アセンブリと、
外科用ステープリングデバイス上に配置されているアダプタ基板アセンブリであって、前記アダプタ基板アセンブリは、
上面および下面を有する第2の回路基板と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記下面に固定されている少なくとも1つの接点と、
前記第2の回路基板の前記上面上に配置されているばねと
を含む、アダプタ基板アセンブリと
を備え、
前記認証基板アセンブリの前記接触アセンブリは、前記アダプタ基板アセンブリの前記少なくとも1つの接点を係合するように構成されている、認証システム。 - 前記チップは、カートリッジサイズ、ステープル配列、ステープル長、締め上げ距離、製造日、有効期限、適合性特性、一意の識別子、および使用回数から成る群から選択される、前記装填ユニットに関連する認証データを含む、請求項1に記載の認証システム。
- 前記チップは、暗号化されたデータを含む、請求項1に記載の認証システム。
- 前記チップは、SHAアルゴリズムを使用して前記装填ユニットを認証する、請求項1に記載の認証システム。

前記ハンドルアセンブリから遠位に延びているアダプタアセンブリであって、前記アダプタアセンブリは、
前記アダプタアセンブリの遠位端に配置されているアダプタ回路基板であって、前記アダプタ回路基板は、上面および下面を有する、アダプタ回路基板と、
前記アダプタ回路基板の前記下面に固定されている少なくとも1つの接点と、
前記アダプタ回路基板の前記上面上に配置されているばねと
を含む、アダプタアセンブリと、
前記アダプタアセンブリの遠位端に動作可能に接続可能である装填ユニットであって、前記装填ユニットは、
前記装填ユニットの近位端に配置されている認証回路基板であって、前記認証回路基板は、近位端および遠位端を有する、認証回路基板と、
前記認証回路基板の前記近位端に固定され、前記近位端から近位に延びている接触アセンブリと、
