Claims (4)
- チャンバハウジングと、
前記チャンバハウジング内部に配置され、ナノ粒子が供給されるように別途の粒子供給装置と連結され、それぞれの内部空間にはナノ粒子に露出されるように試験動物が投入される粒子露出モジュールとを含み、
前記粒子露出モジュールは相互積層可能なように多数個具備され、それぞれの粒子露出モジュールは前記粒子供給装置を通じて供給されたナノ粒子の供給濃度がそれぞれ互いに異なるように形成可能なように独立して形成され、複数濃度のナノ粒子吸入毒性試験が同時に可能となり、
前記粒子露出モジュールは、
上端が開放し下端が閉鎖した中空パイプ形態を有し、一側には前記粒子供給装置からナノ粒子の供給を受けられるように粒子供給ポートが形成され、他側にはナノ粒子が外部に流動できるように粒子流動ポートが形成される内部ケースと、
上端及び下端が開放した中空パイプ形態を有し、前記内部ケースの外部空間を囲むように形成され、前記粒子流動ポートと対応する位置に連結ポートが形成される外部ケースと、
内部空間に試験動物が投入され、前記粒子流動ポートを通じて外部に流動するナノ粒子が前記連結ポートを通じて内部空間に流入可能なように前記連結ポートに挿入結合される試験動物拘束装置と、を含み、
前記内部ケースには、前記粒子露出モジュールが上下積層された状態で前記内部ケースの内部空間が相互連通可能なように下端部に連通ホールが形成され、前記連通ホールを開閉できるように連通ホール開閉ドアが装着される
ことを特徴とするナノ粒子吸入毒性試験チャンバ装置。 - 前記内部ケース及び外部ケースは、嵌め合い方式で上下積層可能に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ粒子吸入毒性試験チャンバ装置。
- 前記粒子露出モジュールが上下積層された状態で、最上層の粒子露出モジュールは、別途のケースカバーを通じてその前記内部ケース及び外部ケースの上端が閉鎖されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ粒子吸入毒性試験チャンバ装置。
- 前記内部ケースに形成された粒子供給ポートには前記粒子供給ポートを開閉できるように開閉バルブが装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナノ粒子吸入毒性試験チャンバ装置。
