Description
Claims (15)
- 対象から画像データを受信し、
前記画像データを拡張壊死組織ゾーン及びイメージングゾーンについて評価し、前記拡張壊死組織ゾーンは、治療ゾーンと、前記治療ゾーンを少なくとも部分的に囲む周辺部とを含み、前記イメージングゾーンは、1つ以上のプッシュパルスのための境界を画定し、
前記イメージングゾーンの場所に対する前記拡張壊死組織ゾーンの場所に基づいて、プッシュパルスの音響パワーのレベルを決定し、
決定された前記音響パワーのレベルのプッシュパルスを開始する、
照射安全プロセッサを含む、医用装置。 - 前記画像データは超音波データである、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記治療ゾーンは、アブレーション処理されるべき組織、アブレーション処理された組織、又はこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記イメージングゾーンの前記場所が前記治療ゾーン内にある場合、前記音響パワーのレベルは所定の閾値を超える、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記イメージングゾーンの前記場所が前記周辺部内にある場合、前記音響パワーのレベルは所定の閾値を超える、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記イメージングゾーンの前記場所が前記治療ゾーン内、前記周辺部内、又はこれらの組合せの内にある場合、前記音響パワーのレベルは所定の閾値を超え、前記治療ゾーンにおける音響パワーのレベルは前記周辺部における音響パワーのレベルよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記所定の閾値は、イメージングのための音響パワーの規制限界を含む、請求項4乃至6の何れか一項に記載の医用装置。
- 更に、前記プッシュパルスによって形成されたビームに沿った追跡パルスを発生させる、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記照射安全プロセッサは、ユーザインターフェースに結合される、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記ユーザインターフェースは、グラフィカルディスプレイを含む、請求項9に記載の医用装置。
- 前記照射安全プロセッサは更に、前記グラフィカルディスプレイ上に前記拡張壊死組織ゾーン及び前記イメージングゾーンを表示する、請求項10に記載の医用装置。
- 前記アブレーション処理されるべき組織及び前記アブレーション処理された組織は、肝臓、前立腺、及び心筋からなるグループから選択される組織を含む、請求項3に記載の医用装置。
- 前記画像データは、無線周波数アブレーション、高密度焦点式超音波、マイクロ波アブレーション、及び前腫瘍病期診断手術からなるグループから選択されるプロシージャの対象となる組織を含む、請求項1に記載の医用装置。
- 前記照射安全プロセッサは更に、前記拡張壊死組織ゾーン及び前記イメージングゾーンの剛性マップを生成する、請求項10に記載の医用装置。
- 前記剛性マップは、前記治療ゾーン、前記周辺部、及び前記イメージングゾーンの間の境界を示す、請求項14に記載の医用装置。
