Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a seat for seating an occupant mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, an airplane, a ship, and a train.

An occupant seated on a vehicle seat (hereinafter simply referred to as a seat) may move his body in the sitting posture. For example, it is a case where a driver moves his body to perform driving operation, and a case where he moves his body to recover from fatigue. In a vehicle seat, a technique has been developed for moving the seat following the movement of the body so as not to impede the movement of the seated occupant's body (see Patent Document 1 below). In such a vehicle seat, the portion of the seat that receives the movement of the occupant's body is configured to be movable relative to the seat fixing member. Therefore, the part receiving the movement of the occupant's body is separated from the fixing member, and is slid relative to the fixing member in the direction to receive the movement of the occupant's body and the movement is not permitted. I am trying to do it.

However, in the above-mentioned prior art, it is necessary to separate the member which forms the part which receives the movement of the occupant's body on the seat and the fixing member, and further to make the both relatively slidable. Increase the complexity of the configuration.

In view of such problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle seat which moves the seat following the movement of the body so as not to disturb the movement of the body of the sitting occupant. By integrating the member forming the receiving portion with the fixing member and deforming the member connecting the two to make the both relatively movable, it is possible to integrate the both and simplify the configuration.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle seat in which a part receiving movement of a seated occupant's body is movable following the movement of the body, and is moved by receiving a movement of the seated occupant's body on the fixing member. The following member is coupled to the fixed member via a deforming member, and the deforming member is deformed in the direction to move the following member according to the movement of the body of the seated occupant, and the following member is made movable There is.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the follow-up member is movable following the movement of the body of the seated occupant by deformation of the deformation member, and the follow-up member is coupled to the fixed member via the deformation member. Therefore, the following member can be integrated with the fixing member, and the configuration can be simplified.

In a second aspect based on the first aspect, the follow-up member is disposed in a floating island shape surrounded by the fixed member, and the deformation member couples the follow-up member to the fixed member via a plate-like member. The plate-like member has a plate width direction in which a direction intersecting the plane along the movement direction to be allowed of the following member is taken as the plate width direction, and the plate width is increased with respect to the plate thickness. It is bendable in the direction.

According to the second aspect of the invention, the deformation member is constituted by the plate-like member bendable in the moving direction of the following member, and the plate-like member is movable in the direction to be permitted by the bending of the plate-like member. Movement is restricted in the direction. Therefore, the deformation member can be configured simply.

In a third aspect of the present invention according to the second aspect, in the direction in which the movement of the follow-up member is to be restricted within the plane of the deformation member, a linear and plate-like restriction member is provided in that direction. .

According to the third aspect of the invention, the movement direction of the follow-up member can be easily controlled by providing the regulating member together with the plate-like member as the deformation member.

In a fourth invention according to any one of the first to third inventions, the deformation member is formed by integral molding of a resin together with the follow-up member.

According to the fourth invention, the deformation member and the following member can be easily manufactured.

In a fifth invention according to any one of the first to fourth inventions, the deformable member has an annular portion configured to be annularly fixed to the fixing member, and the following member is a member of the seated occupant. The floating member is disposed in the form of a floating island within the annular portion of the annular portion with a body-facing surface, and the deformation member is coupled to the following member so as to be movable relative to the annular portion.

According to the fifth invention, the deformation member can be integrated with the fixing member via the annular portion. Moreover, the annular part, the following member, and the deformation member are integrated. Therefore, the configuration of the entire apparatus can be simplified.

According to a sixth invention, in the fifth invention, the deformation member is configured such that the follow-up member can swing around a central portion of a surface of the seated occupant facing the body as a swing center, The deformation members are formed in line symmetry on both sides of the center.

According to the sixth aspect of the invention, the vehicle seat in which the following member swings can be simply configured.

1 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the present invention. It is a front view of a seat body which constitutes a deformation member and a following member in the above-mentioned embodiment. It is the III-III line cross section arrow line view of FIG. 図1のIV−IV線断面矢視図である。It is the IV-IV line cross section arrow line view of FIG. 図2のV−V線断面矢視図である。FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line V-V in FIG. 図2のVI−VI線断面矢視図である。It is the VI-VI line cross section arrow line view of FIG. 図2のVII−VII線断面矢視図である。FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken along line VII-VII in FIG. 2; 図2のVIII−VIII線断面矢視図である。FIG. 8 is a sectional view taken along line VIII-VIII in FIG. It is sectional drawing similar to FIG. 4 which shows the modification of the said embodiment.

1 to 8 show an embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment shows an example in which the present invention is applied to a front seat for a car (hereinafter simply referred to as a seat). In each figure, each direction in the state which mounted the sheet | seat in the motor vehicle is shown by the arrow. In the following description, the description of the direction will be made based on this direction.

The seat mainly comprises a seat cushion 20 for supporting the body of the seated occupant from below and a seat back 10 for supporting the back of the seated occupant from the rear side. The configuration of the seat cushion 20 is the same as that of the known one, and although not shown, the cushion pad is placed on a cushion frame which is a framework member, and the surface thereof is covered with a skin.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, in the seat back 10, the upper frame 12 is joined to the pair of left and right side frames 11 to form a framework member of the seat back 10. A lower panel 14 is joined between lower ends of the left and right side frames 11, and an upper panel 13 is joined between left and right end portions of the upper frame 12. Further, a pair of left and right headrest holders 15 for fixing a headrest (not shown) is joined to the upper frame 12. The structure of the above-mentioned frame portion corresponds to the fixing member in the present invention, and is the same as the structure of a conventionally known seat back.

On the front surface of the fixing member of the seat back 10, as shown by a phantom line in FIG. 1, a seat cushion 30 for supporting the back of the seated occupant is provided. In order to fix the seat cushion 30, two brackets 11a are provided on each of the side frames 11 so as to be vertically separated from each other.

FIG. 2 shows the structure of the seat cushion 30 alone. The seat body 30 includes an annular frame 31 coupled to the brackets 11 a of both side frames 11 with screws 11 b, and a deformation member 32 is provided integrally with the frame 31. The deformation member 32 is integrally formed by insert molding of resin using the frame 31 as an insert material, and the frame 31 is cast in an annular portion 32a, and the main portion of the deformation member 32 is formed in the annular of the annular portion 32a. There is. The deformation member 32 can use Hytrel (registered trademark) which is a thermoplastic polyether ester elastomer. Hytrel is a resin with rubber elasticity.

The frame 31 is L-shaped in cross section so as to face the L-shaped bracket 11a, and the female screw formed in the screw hole 31a is screwed with the male screw of the screw 11b and coupled to both side frames 11 .

The deformation member 32 integrally includes the following member 32f in a floating island shape in an annular shape of the annular portion 32a, and supports the following member 32f so as to be suspended from the periphery by a plurality of plate members 32b. The following member 32f has a plate shape as shown in FIG. 5, and forms a surface so as to support the back of the seated occupant. Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 7 and 8, the plate-like member 32b is in the form of a plate whose width direction is the front-back direction of the seatback 10. In particular, on the left and right end sides of the deformation member 32, the plate The plate width is formed larger than the thickness. For example, in FIG. 7, the plate width is about 10 times the plate thickness, and in FIG. 8, the plate width is about 5 times the plate thickness. Therefore, even if pressure from the seated occupant toward the rear of the seat back 10 is applied to the plate-like member 32b including the follow-up member 32f, it is possible to secure the shape-holding force of the plate-like member 32b. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the plate-like member 32b is bent in the plate thickness direction, and the following member 32f swings in the lateral directions A and B of the neutral position C about the central portion O of the surface. The bent shape of each plate-like member 32 b is formed so as to be possible. In FIG. 2, only a part of the plurality of plate members 32 b is denoted by “32 b”, but a plate denoted by “32 b” in the annular portion 32 a of the deformation member 32. The members having the same shape and arranged in the upper, lower, left, and right directions with the shape member 32 b are all plate members 32 b.

On the other hand, in the vertical direction of the deformation member 32, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, a linear, plate-like regulating member 32c couples the upper and lower portions of the annular portion 32a, Two are provided at the end. Further, in parallel with the restricting member 32c, a restricting member 32d which is linear and plate-like like the restricting member 32c and whose plate width is made smaller than the restricting member 32c is the upper and lower portions of the annular portion 32a via the following member 32f. It is provided by connecting the parts. One regulating member 32d is provided on the upper side of the following member 32f, and three are provided on the lower side. On both sides of the upper regulation member 32d, plate-like members 32e which are bent and formed in a shape that enables the follow-up member 32f to swing are provided. The plate-like members 32b and 32e and the regulating members 32c and 32d described above have left and right centering on a straight line in the vertical direction passing through the central portion O of the following member 32f so that the following member 32f can swing equally to the left and right. It is formed in line symmetry.

The seat cushion 30 is adapted to directly receive a seated occupant without covering the surface with a pad material or a surface material, and as shown in FIG. 3, the front side on which the seated occupant abuts is the back of the seated occupant. As encased, the thickness in the front-rear direction of the portion corresponding to the central part of the back is thin, and the thickness corresponding to the left and right sides of the back is formed thick in the front-rear direction. 3 is a sectional view taken along the line III-III in FIG. 2, the line III-III is assumed to be along the bent shape of the plate member 32b.

Since it is comprised as mentioned above, when the seating occupant on a seat moves a body, for example, to perform driving operation, or when moving a body for fatigue recovery, the following member 32f is a body of a seating occupant. It is possible to swing about the central portion O so as not to prevent the occupant from moving. At this time, when the occupant moves the body in the right direction (direction A in FIG. 2), the plate-like member 32b on the lower right side from the central portion O and the plate-like member 32b on the upper left side from the central portion O The bending degree of the plate-like member 32b on the lower left side of the central portion O and the plate-like member 32b on the upper right side of the central portion O is reduced. Similarly, the degree of bending of the right plate member 32e is increased, and the degree of bending of the left plate member 32e is reduced. On the other hand, when the occupant moves the body leftward (direction B in FIG. 2), the plate-like member 32b on the lower left side of the central portion O and the plate-like member 32b on the upper right side of the central portion O have a large degree of bending. The bending degree of the plate-like member 32b on the lower right side of the central portion O and the plate-like member 32b on the upper left side of the central portion O is reduced. Similarly, the degree of bending of the left plate member 32e is increased, and the degree of bending of the right plate member 32e is reduced.

Even if the occupant moves his body, the force to move the following member 32f in the vertical direction is restricted by the restricting members 32c and 32d, and the following member 32f moves irregularly to suppress the loss of the occupant's holdability by the seat. doing. Moreover, the follow-up member 32f is integrated with the side frame 11, which is a fixed member, via the deformation member 32. Since the follow-up member 32f is not separated from the fixed member 11 as in the prior art, the configuration is simplified. can do.

The plate-like members 32b and 32e have a relatively complicated shape for swinging the follow-up member 32f, but can be easily manufactured because they are integrally formed of resin including the follow-up member 32f. .

As mentioned above, although specific embodiment was described, the present invention is not limited to those appearances and composition, and various change, addition, and deletion are possible in the range which does not change the gist of the present invention. For example, the following modifications can be considered.

In the above embodiment, the follow-up member is moved by the bending deformation of the plate-like member, but the follow-up member may be moved by the expansion and contraction of the plate-like member.

In the above embodiment, the deformation of the deformation member and the following member is restricted from moving in the plate width direction by making the plate width of the plate-like member larger than the plate thickness. However, as shown in FIG. The movement restricting means 11c may be separately provided so as to protrude inward in the width direction from the frame 11 so as to restrict movement of the deformation member 32 and the following member 32f in the plate width direction (front-rear direction).

In the above embodiment, the deformation member is formed by integral molding of resin, but if it is necessary to change the strength between the regulating member and the plate-like member in the deformation member, the materials of both members are changed and integrally coupled. It may be configured to
