Claims (18)
- 第1の端部本体部と、
前記第1の端部本体部に対向する第2の端部本体部と、
前記第1の端部本体部と前記第2の端部本体部との間に設けられ、前記第1および第2の端部本体部に結合された中央本体部であって、該中央本体部にモジュラー受け入れキャビティを規定する少なくとも1つの面を有する、中央本体部と、
第1のシフト弁および第2のシフト弁を含むシフティングメカニズムであって、前記第1のシフト弁および前記第2のシフト弁が第1の駆動流体チャンバと第2の駆動流体チャンバとの間での駆動流体の流れを繰り返してシフトさせるべく構成され、前記第1および第2のシフト弁が互いに対して移動可能である、シフティングメカニズムと、
前記中央本体部の前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に位置付けられ且つ前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に固定された一体的且つ単一のモジュラーインサートであって、内部に前記第1のシフト弁を受け入れる第1のキャビティ、内部に第2のシフト弁を受け入れる第2のキャビティ、および内部にポンプ駆動シャフトの少なくとも一部を受け入れる第3のキャビティを含む、モジュラーインサートと、
を具備した流体ポンプ。 - 前記中央本体部と前記モジュラーインサートとの間の境界に形成された少なくとも1つの環状の凹部を更に具備し、前記少なくとも1つの環状の凹部は前記モジュラーインサートの外周の回りを連続して延びている、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの環状の凹部は、前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティを規定する前記中央本体部の少なくとも1つの面に形成されている、請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも1の環状の凹部は少なくとも3つの環状の凹部を含む、請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの環状の凹部、前記第1および第2のキャビティに対する駆動流体の導入出をなす駆動流体通路を規定する、請求項2に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記モジュラーインサートは、前記少なくとも1つの環状の凹部を前記第1のキャビティに接続する少なくとも1つの流体導管と、前記少なくとも1つの環状の凹部を前記第2のキャビティに接続する少なくとも1つの別の流体導管とを含む、請求項5に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記モジュラーインサートは、前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に締まり嵌めおよびスクリューの少なくとも1つによって保持されている、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 内部に前記ポンプ駆動シャフトの少なくとも一部を受け入れる前記第3のキャビティは、前記モジュラーインサート内を通じて延びる中央ボアを含む、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ駆動シャフトは前記第3のキャビティ内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記第1および第2のシフト弁は、前記ポンプ駆動シャフトの両側に配置され、
前記モジュラーインサート内にて前記第1のシフト弁、前記第2のシフト弁および前記ポンプ駆動シャフトは互いに平行に方向付けられている、請求項9に記載の流体ポンプ。 - 前記第1のキャビティは、前記モジュラーインサートの第1の側から該第1の側とは反対の第2の側に向けて前記モジュラーインサート内を部分的に通じて延び、
前記第2のキャビティは、前記モジュラーインサートの前記第2の側から前記第1の側に向けて前記モジュラーインサート内を部分的に通じて延びている、請求項1に記載の流体ポンプ。 - 第1の端部本体部、第2の端部本体部および前記第1の端部本体部と第2の端部本体部との間の中央本体部を含み、該中央本体部が内部にモジュラー受け入れキャビティを有する、ポンプ本体部と、
前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に位置付けられた一体的且つ単一のモジュラーインサートであって、第1のキャビティ、第2のキャビティおよび第3のキャビティを有する、モジュラーインサートと、
前記モジュラーインサートの前記第1のキャビティ内に配置された第1のシフト弁であって、該第1のシフト弁の長さの大部分が前記モジュラーインサートの前記第1のキャビティ内にある、第1のシフト弁と、
前記モジュラーインサートの前記第2のキャビティ内に配置された第2のシフト弁であって、該第2のシフト弁の長さの大部分が前記モジュラーインサートの前記第2のキャビティ内にある、第2のシフト弁と、
前記モジュラーインサートの前記第3のキャビティ内を通じて延びる駆動シャフトと、を具備し、
前記第1および第2のシフト弁の各々は、前記モジュラーインサートから突出し、作動中に流体ポンプの可動部材と相互作用する細長い延長部を含み、
前記第1および第2のシフト弁の各々の前記細長い延長部は、該細長い延長部に沿いかつ長手方向でみて異なる位置に2つ以上の凹部を含む流体ポンプ。 - 戻り止めメカニズムを更に具備し、該戻り止めメカニズムは、前記延長部の外面に対して付勢され、前記2つ以上の凹部のそれぞれが前記ボールとアライメントされたときにその凹部に押し込まれるボールを含む、請求項12に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ本体部の前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティの内面および前記モジュラーインサートの外面によって規定された1つ以上の環状の凹部をさらに具備し、該1つ以上の環状の凹部は、前記モジュラーインサートの回りを延びている、請求項12に記載の流体ポンプ。
- 前記第1のキャビティは、前記モジュラーインサートの第1の側から該第1の側とは反対の前記モジュラーインサートの第2の側に向けて前記モジュラーインサート内を通じて部分的に延び、
前記第2のキャビティは、前記モジュラーインサートの前記第2の側から前記第1の側に向けて前記モジュラーインサート内を通じて部分的に延びている、請求項12に記載の流体ポンプ。 - 一体的かつ単一のモジュラーインサートを貫通して延びるボアを貫通して駆動シャフトを配置し、
前記モジュラーインサートの第1のキャビティ内に第1のシフト弁を位置付け、
前記モジュラーインサートの第2のキャビティ内に第2のシフト弁を位置付け、
ハウジングの中央本体部内でかつ該中央本体部に対して固定の位置にて前記モジュラーインサートをモジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に配置し、
前記モジュラー受け入れキャビティ内に前記モジュラーインサートが配置されたとき、前記モジュラーインサートと前記ハウジングの前記中央本体部との間の境界に規定されかつ前記モジュラーインサートの回りを延びる少なくとも1つの環状の凹部に前記モジュラーインサートの少なくとも1つの流体導管をアライメントさせ、
前記ハウジングの第1の端部本体部と前記ハウジングの第2の端部本体部との間の前記中央本体部を配置する、
流体ポンプの製造方法。 - さらに前記駆動シャフトの第1の端部に第1の可撓性部材を結合し、前記駆動シャフトの第2の端部に第2の可撓性部材を結合する、請求項16に記載の流体ポンプの製造方法。
- 前記駆動シャフトの前記第1の端部への前記第1の可撓性部材の結合は、前記駆動シャフトの前記第1の端部への第1の可撓性ダイヤフラムまたはベローズの結合を含み、前記駆動シャフトの前記第2の端部への前記第2の可撓性部材の結合は、前記駆動シャフトの前記第2の端部への第2の可撓性ダイヤフラムまたはベローズの結合を含む、請求項17に記載の流体ポンプの製造方法。
