Claims (8)
- ワークフローを改良する方法であって、
臨床決定支援システムの1又は複数のプロセッサが、患者の患者データを受信するステップであり、前記患者データは前記患者から収集された臨床データを含む、ステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、健常集団、疾患のある集団、及び軽度の疾患のある集団の患者データの統計モデルに基づいて、定量化された情報を生成するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、前記定量化された情報に基づいて前記患者を診断するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、前記診断と前記定量化された情報とに基づいて推奨情報を生成するステップと、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、前記推奨情報を表示するステップと、
を含み、
前記臨床データは心理学的テストデータ及びバイオマーカーデータを含み、
前記定量化された情報は、患者バイオマーカー病期分類スケール及び患者認知障害スケールを含み、前記患者バイオマーカー病期分類スケール及び前記患者認知障害スケールは、前記心理学的テストデータ及び前記バイオマーカーデータに基づいて算出され、
当該方法は、
前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、集団バイオマーカー病期分類スケールと集団認知障害スケールとの間の相関曲線を受信するステップをさらに含み、
前記患者を診断するステップは、前記患者バイオマーカー病期分類スケール及び前記患者認知障害スケールと、前記相関曲線とを比較するステップをさらに含む、
方法。 - 前記診断は、健常、軽度認知障害及びアルツハイマー病であるとの診断を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、前記定量化された情報と、前記患者の比較集団を表す参照データとを表示するステップ、
をさらに含む請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記1又は複数のプロセッサが、前記診断の確率と信頼度とを算出するステップ、
をさらに含む請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行するように予めプログラムされた1又は複数のプロセッサ。
- 1又は複数のプロセッサに請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の方法を実行させるコンピュータプログラム。
- ワークフローを改良するシステムであって、
患者から患者データを収集する1又は複数の臨床データソースと、
前記患者データを記憶する患者情報システムと、
請求項5に記載の1又は複数のプロセッサを含む臨床決定支援システムと、
を含むシステム。 - 前記推奨情報は、ライフスタイル変更、次の順のスキャン又はテスト、及び薬の処方のうち少なくとも1つである、請求項7に記載のシステム。
