Description
Claims (3)
- 通信ネットワーク上の対象装置の通信性能状態を決定するための装置において、
位置インデックスを含む前記通信ネットワークを介して位置ウェブサービス及びサーバと通信可能なポータルであって、前記位置インデックスは、前記対象装置、及び、通信障害イベントが無く、且つ、前記対象装置から所定の範囲内にある、1つ以上の他の装置と通信する、ポータルと、
1つ以上の障害通信イベントを有する1つ以上の装置を前記通信ネットワークから探索することにより前記通信ネットワーク上の前記対象装置、及び、通信障害イベントが無く、且つ、前記対象装置から所定の範囲内にある、1つ以上の装置を前記通信ネットワークから探索することにより前記通信ネットワーク上の前記1つ以上の他の装置、に関する位置情報のマッシュアップを生成するための処理ロジックと、
前記対象装置と関連する前記1つ以上の他の装置に関する表示を生成するための処理ロジックとを含み、
前記サーバは、前記マッシュアップを生成して、前記生成後のマッシュアップと1つ以上の通信性能基準とを比較するステップと、
前記対象装置に関連する通信問題の原因に関する通知を発行するステップと、
前記1つ以上の他の装置の情報を組み合わせることにより前記通信性能状態を特定する性能イベント識別情報を生成するステップと、を実行するためのアプリケーションモジュールを更に含み、
前記性能イベント識別情報は、前記対象装置が通信問題を有するのか、または、前記対象装置の位置から所定の範囲内にある前記通信ネットワークの一部が通信問題を有するのか、を決定するために使用される、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記対象装置の健全性状態は、前記ポータルを介して表示されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記対象装置に関する位置及び前記1つ以上の他の装置それぞれに関する位置を示す地図が表示されることを特徴とする装置。
