Claims (2)
- 金属製棒材の周囲から前記金属製棒材の外周面に向かうフレームを形成するための燃料噴射孔をそれぞれ有する複数のノズルチップと、前記複数のノズルチップが所定間隔を隔てて設けられ、内部に形成された燃料供給路に接続された前記燃料噴射孔に燃料を供給するための燃料供給管とを備えたガス圧接用加熱トーチであって、
前記ノズルチップに嵌め着けられる円筒部と前記円筒部の前記金属製棒材側の端部から径方向に突き出した鍔部とを有するノズルチップカバーが前記ノズルチップに設けられ、前記鍔部の前記複数のノズルチップの配設方向に対して直交する方向の側端部が前記ノズルチップから離れるほど前記燃料供給管側へ近づくように傾斜させられていることを特徴とするガス圧接用加熱トーチ。 - 前記ノズルチップカバーは、耐熱合金から構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス圧接用加熱トーチ。
