Description

液状フェノール発泡反応剤を前記ウエブ間に置く過程と、
前記ウエブ及び発泡体混合体を所望のプロファイル形状に適合させるように前記ウエブを成形する過程と、
内側ウエブと外側ウエブとを加熱する過程と、
発泡体が所望の成形プロファイルセクションに硬化するまで、前記ウエブを支持して発泡体を前記所望の形状に維持する過程とからなる方法が記載されている。
Claims (6)
- 一様な断面を有する中空のフェノール発泡体からなり、前記発泡体が外側フェーシングウエブと内側フェーシングウエブとを有し、前記発泡体が、パイプに巻くために長手方向にセクション部分に切り開かれ、前記セクション部分が片側で前記外側フェーシングウエブにより連結され、前記セクション部分の端部が反対側で前記内側フェーシングウエブに対向し、少なくとも前記内側フェーシングウエブが多孔質であり、かつアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、若しくはアルミニウムの炭酸塩、酸化物、又は水酸化物である中和剤を含浸させたものであり、前記外側フェーシングウエブ及び前記内側フェーシングウエブが、泡の硬化によって前記発泡体に付着している細長い成形セクション。
- 前記外側フェーシングウエブが多孔質である請求項1に記載の発泡体。
- 前記中和剤が炭酸カルシウムからなる請求項1又は2に記載の発泡体。
- 前記内側フェーシングウエブが多孔質のガラス繊維材料からなる請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の発泡体。
- 前記外側フェーシングウエブがアルミニウム箔のような金属箔、紙、ガラス、熱可塑性プラスチックフィルム、又はそれらの2種若しくはそれ以上の組合せからなる請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の発泡体。
- 前記外側フェーシングウエブがアルミニウム箔からなる請求項5に記載の発泡体。
