Description
PPS熱可塑性樹脂を含んでいる7層のUDテープを使用して、層が0/90/0/90/0/90/0に配置されるようにして、パネルとして言及される従来の材料積層材を構築した。炭素繊維は、各層において炭素繊維強化プラスチック材料の乾燥重量の60%の割合で存在していた。
この例において、最初は比較例1と同様にしてパネルを準備した。すなわち、PPS熱可塑性樹脂を含んでいる7層のUDテープを使用して、層が0/90/0/90/0/90/0に配置されるようにして、パネルとして言及される従来の材料積層材を構築した。炭素繊維は、各層において炭素繊維強化プラスチック材料の乾燥重量の60%の割合で存在していた。

Claims (19)
- 複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートを含んでいる繊維層、
ガラス繊維を含んでいるベール層、及び
樹脂フィルム
を含んでおり、
前記ベール層が前記繊維層と前記樹脂フィルムの間に配置されており、前記樹脂フィルムの一部分によって、前記ベール層が含浸されており、
前記樹脂フィルムが、ポリアミド樹脂及びポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂のうち少なくとも一つを含んでいる、
繊維強化プラスチック材料。 - 複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートを含んでいる繊維層、
ガラス繊維を含んでいるベール層、及び
樹脂フィルム
を含んでおり、
前記ベール層が前記繊維層と前記樹脂フィルムの間に配置されており、前記樹脂フィルムの一部分によって、前記ベール層が含浸されており、
前記樹脂フィルムが、40μm〜250μmの厚さを有する、
繊維強化プラスチック材料。 - 前記ベール層のガラス繊維が、不織である、請求項1又は2に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートのそれぞれが、一方向性である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シート中の炭素繊維が、前記繊維強化プラスチック材料の乾燥重量の40%から80%の間の範囲で存在する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記ベール層内の前記ガラス繊維が4g/m2と60g/m2の間の範囲で存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートの炭素繊維が、炭素繊維束に束ねられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記繊維層とは反対側の前記樹脂フィルムの表面上に配置された仕上層をさらに含んでいる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 前記仕上層が、塗料を含んでいる、請求項8に記載の繊維強化プラスチック材料。
- 繊維強化プラスチック材料を形成する方法であって、
複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートから形成された繊維層を構築する工程、
ガラス繊維を含んでいるベール層を、前記繊維層の表面に付ける工程、
樹脂リッチ層を前記ベール層上に被着させて樹脂フィルムを前記ベール層上に提供する工程であって、それによって、前記複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートと、前記ベール層と、前記樹脂フィルムとの構築物であって、前記ベール層が前記樹脂フィルムと前記複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートとの間に配置されている構築物を形成する工程、及び
前記構築物を圧縮成型して、前記ベール層が前記樹脂フィルムの一部分により含浸されるようにする工程
を含む、繊維強化プラスチック材料を形成する方法。 - 前記ベール層のガラス繊維が、不織である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートのそれぞれが、一方向性である、請求項10又は11に記載の方法。
- 構築する前に、前記連続的な炭素繊維強化熱可塑性シートの炭素繊維を束ねることをさらに含む、請求項10〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムに仕上層を付けることをさらに含む、請求項10〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上層が塗料を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 塗料を硬化することをさらに含む、請求項10〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記仕上層を硬化する工程をさらに含む、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化が、80℃から160℃の間で行われる、請求項16〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記樹脂フィルムが、40μmから250μmの間の厚さを有するようにもたらされる、請求項10〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
