Claims (4)
- 被験動物の動作に伴い発生する振動から前記被験動物の行動を解析する行動解析方法であって、
振動データを収集するサンプリング工程と、
前記サンプリング工程で得られた前記振動データを高速フーリエ変換する高速フーリエ変換工程と、
前記高速フーリエ変換工程で高速フーリエ変換された前記振動データから周波数スペクトルを求める周波数スペクトル演算工程と、
前記周波数スペクトル演算工程で得られた前記周波数スペクトルを対数変換する対数変換工程と、
前記対数変換工程で変換された前記周波数スペクトルの線形近似値を得る線形近似工程と、
前記対数変換工程で対数変換された前記周波数スペクトルから、前記線形近似工程において得られた前記線形近似値を減算して減算値を得る減算工程と、
前記減算工程で得られた前記減算値から線形スペクトルを生成する線形スペクトル生成工程と、
前記線形スペクトル生成工程で得られた前記線形スペクトルに基づき動物の行動解析を行う行動解析工程と、
を備えることを特徴とする行動解析方法。 - 前記行動解析工程は、前記線形スペクトルから最も高いパワーを示す第一ピークを検出し、前記第一ピークを含む任意の周波数帯における上位から所定範囲内にあるパワーに対応する各周波数の平均値を求め、前記平均値をピーク周波数として決定し、当該ピーク周波数に基づき動物の行動解析を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の行動解析方法。
- 前記行動解析工程は、第1周波数帯の範囲における平均パワーPpeakと、第1周波数帯より高周波側に位置する任意の周波数を中心とした第1周波数帯と同じ幅の第2周波数帯における平均パワーPrefとを算出し、(Ppeak−Pref)/(Ppeak+Pref)を演算することで得られる値に基づき動物の行動解析を行うことを特徴とする請求項2記載の行動解析方法。
- 前記高速フーリエ変換工程で高速フーリエ変換された前記振動データを時間周波数グラフ化する時間周波数グラフ化工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の行動解析方法。
