Description
Claims (20)
- ロボット塗装装置における2つの隣り合った塗料リザーバーを静電気的に分離する分離装置であって、
電気絶縁材料から形成されたバリアを備えており、
前記バリアは、前記バリアが、ロボットアームに取り付けられている2つの隣り合った前記塗料リザーバー間に配置されると、前記バリアを通過しない前記塗料リザーバー間の直線経路が存在しなくなるように形成されかつ寸法決めされている、分離装置。 - 前記電気絶縁材料は12kV/mmよりも大きい絶縁耐力を有する、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記電気絶縁材料はポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料である、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記電気絶縁材料はアセタールコポリマー材料である、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記バリアは、前記バリアを通過しない前記塗料リザーバー間の最短経路を100mm以上に限定するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記バリアの長手方向の軸線に沿った長さは、隣り合った前記塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の長さよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記バリアの長手方向の軸線に沿った長さは、前記塗料リザーバーの長手方向の各端部において、前記塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の長さよりも少なくとも10mmだけ大きい、請求項6に記載の分離装置。
- 前記バリアは、前記バリアの設置及び保守が容易になるように少なくとも2つのコンポーネントから組み立てられている、請求項1に記載の分離装置。
- 前記バリアのコンポーネントは、上面及び底面を有する中央板と、前記中央板の前記上面に装着されるように構成された上側フランジと、前記中央板の前記底面に装着されるように構成された下側フランジと、を含んでいる、請求項8に記載の分離装置。
- 導電性材料のロボット塗装装置における第1塗料リザーバーを隣接する第2塗料リザーバーから静電気的に絶縁する絶縁装置であって、
12kV/mmよりも大きい絶縁耐力を有する電気絶縁材料から形成されたバリアを備えており、
前記バリアは、前記バリアの設置及び保守が容易になるように複数のコンポーネントから組み立てられ、
前記バリアが、ロボットアームに取り付けられている前記第1塗料リザーバー及び隣接する前記第2塗料リザーバーの間に設置されると、前記バリアを通過しない前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの間の直線経路が存在しなくなる、絶縁装置。 - 前記バリアの複数のコンポーネントは、中央板と、上側フランジと、を含んでおり、
前記上側フランジは、前記中央板の上面に設けられ、前記中央板の第1側面及び第2側面の各々を通り越して側方に延在している、請求項10に記載の絶縁装置。 - 前記バリアの複数のコンポーネントは、中央板と、前記中央板の底面に設けられた下側フランジと、を含んでおり、
前記下側フランジは、前記中央板の第1側面及び第2側面の各々を通り越して側方に延在している、請求項10に記載の絶縁装置。 - 前記下側フランジは、前記ロボット塗装装置のロボットアームに結合されるように構成されている、請求項12に記載の絶縁装置。
- 前記バリアの第1端部は、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の軸線と平行な方向に、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の第1端部を少なくとも10mmだけ通り越して延在している、請求項10に記載の絶縁装置。
- 前記バリアの第2端部は、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの長手方向の軸線と平行な方向に、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の第2端部を少なくとも10mmだけ通り越して延在している、請求項14に記載の絶縁装置。
- 前記電気絶縁材料は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン材料及びアセタールコポリマー材料のいずれか一方である、請求項10に記載の絶縁装置。
- 前記バリアは、前記バリアを通過しない前記第1塗料リザーバー及び隣接する前記第2塗料リザーバーの間の最短経路を100mmよりも大きく限定するように形成されている、請求項10に記載の絶縁装置。
- 導電性材料のロボット塗装装置における第1塗料リザーバーを隣接する第2塗料リザーバーから静電気的に絶縁する絶縁装置であって、
電気絶縁材料から形成されたバリアを備えており、
前記バリアは、上面及び底面を有する中央板と、前記中央板の上面に設けられた上側フランジと、前記中央板の底面に設けられロボットアームに取り付けられるように構成されている下側フランジと、を含んでおり、
前記中央板が、前記ロボットアームに取り付けられる前記第1塗料リザーバー及び隣接する前記第2塗料リザーバーの間に位置するように前記バリアが配置されると、前記バリアを通過しない前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの間の直線経路が存在しなくなる、絶縁装置。 - 前記中央板は、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの長手方向の各端部において、前記第1塗料リザーバー及び前記第2塗料リザーバーの各々の長手方向の長さよりも少なくとも10mmだけ大きい長手方向の長さを有する、請求項18に記載の絶縁装置。
- 前記電気絶縁材料は12kV/mmよりも大きい絶縁耐力を有する、請求項18に記載の絶縁装置。
