Claims (16)
- a.ランダムに配置された発泡材料の粒子を含む緩衝要素と、
b.発泡材料が使われていない制御要素と
を備えるシューズ用のソールであって、
c.前記制御要素により、前記緩衝要素の第2の領域内のせん断運動に比べて、前記緩衝要素の第1の領域内のせん断運動が低減され、
前記制御要素が、前記第2の領域における前記緩衝要素のせん断運動を制御する第2の制御領域よりも、前記第1の領域における前記緩衝要素のせん断運動を制御する第1の制御領域において、厚さが大きくおよび/または孔が少なく、
前記制御要素は、複数の突起および複数の凹所を備える、前記ソール。 - 発泡材料の前記粒子が、発泡エチレン酢酸ビニル、発泡熱可塑性ウレタン、発泡ポリプロピレン、発泡ポリアミド、発泡ポリエーテルブロックアミド、発泡ポリオキシメチレン、発泡ポリスチレン、発泡ポリエチレン、発泡ポリオキシエチレン、発泡エチレンプロピレンジエンモノマーのうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1に記載のソール。
- 前記制御要素が、ゴム、熱可塑性ウレタン、テキスタイル材料、ポリエーテルブロックアミド、フォイル、またはフォイル様の材料のうちの1つまたは複数を含む、請求項1または2に記載のソール。
- 前記緩衝要素の第1の領域の固有のせん断抵抗力が、前記緩衝要素の第2の領域よりも高い、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記緩衝要素が、ミッドソールの一部分として設けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記制御要素がアウトソールの一部分として設けられる、請求項5に記載のソール。
- 前記アウトソールが、前記ミッドソールの緩衝要素の第2の領域に直接取り付けられていない分離領域を備える、請求項6に記載のソール。
- 前記制御要素および前記緩衝要素が熱可塑性ウレタンから製造される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記第1の領域が内側中足領域に位置し、前記第2の領域が外側かかと領域に位置する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記制御要素がさらに、前記第1の領域における前記緩衝要素の曲げ抵抗力を前記第2の領域に比べて増大させる、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記緩衝要素の少なくとも一部分を囲繞する、エチレン酢酸ビニルから作製されたフレームをさらに備える請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記緩衝要素により、下側のソール面は上側のソール面に対して1mm超の長手方向のせん断運動が可能になる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のソール。
- 前記制御要素の材料が、前記ミッドソールの前記一部分の材料よりも剛性が高い、請求項6に記載のソール。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のソールを製造する方法であって、前記制御要素をブランクからレーザー切断する工程を含む、前記方法。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のソールを備えるシューズ。
- 前記シューズがスポーツシューズである、請求項15に記載のシューズ。
