Abstract
2つの互いに対向して電気的に接続する導電部材11,12と、前記導電部材11,12を被覆するカバー部材13,14とを有し、前記導電部材11,12の相対位置が変化して長さが変化する伸縮配線10について、前記カバー部材13,14が伸縮素材でなり、伸張の過程で前記カバー部材13,14が前記導電部材11,12を圧接し前記導電部材11,12どうしが電気的に接続しながら相対位置を変化させるものとした。

Claims (14)
- 2つの互いに対向して電気的に接続する導電部材と、前記導電部材を被覆するカバー部材とを有し、前記導電部材の相対位置が変化して長さが変化する伸縮配線であって、
前記カバー部材が伸縮素材でなり、伸張の過程で前記カバー部材が前記導電部材を圧接し前記導電部材どうしが電気的に接続しながら相対位置を変化させる伸縮配線。
- 前記2つの導電部材どうしが接触し摺動しながら相対位置を変化させる請求項1記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記導電部材には前記カバー部材に固着する接着部を有する請求項1又は請求項2記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記2つの導電部材の少なくとも一方は伸縮方向を長手方向とするシート状であって、一方端には配線に接続する接続部を有するとともに、他方端には対向するもう一方の前記導電部材に導通接続する接触面を有する請求項1または請求項2記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記2つの導電部材の少なくとも一方は伸縮方向を長手方向とするシート状であって、一方端には対向するもう一方の前記導電部材に導通接続する接触面を有し、他方端には対向するさらに別の導電部材に導通接続する接触面を有する請求項1〜請求項4何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記導電部材は伸縮方向を長手方向とするシート状であって、伸ばした状態から縮む方向に向かう先端が丸み形状に形成されている請求項1〜請求項5何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記導電部材が金属シート、または金属層と樹脂層の積層シートの何れかである請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記導電部材がカーボンシート、またはカーボン層と樹脂層の積層シートの何れかである請求項1〜請求項6何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記カバー部材が、ゴム状弾性体でなる請求項1〜請求項8何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記カバー部材が、伸縮方向に貫通する中空部を備え、前記中空部に前記導電部材を収容する請求項1〜請求項9何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記導電部材どうしの相対位置の変化の上限を確定する伸縮制限部材を備える請求項1〜請求項10何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 前記カバー部材の伸縮を抑制する硬質部材を備える請求項1〜請求項11何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 伸張するに従って、前記カバー部材が導電部材を圧接する圧接力が高まる請求項1〜請求項12何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
- 伸張率が0〜90%の範囲で、電気抵抗の変化率が400%未満である請求項1〜請求項13何れか1項記載の伸縮配線。
