Description
Claims (6)
- センタリングピン(10)が炉心格子(3)に存在するプレート(4)の取付孔(16)に固定される、加圧水型原子炉の原子炉圧力容器(1)の炉心格子(3)にセンタリングピン(10)を接続するための方法であって、
a)第1軸部分(13)と第2軸部分(14)を有するセンタリングピン(10)が用意されるステップを含み、
・前記第1軸部分(13)は核燃料要素(2)をセンタリングするために使用され、
・前記第2軸部分(14)はその自由端(17)において半径方向に外側へ変形可能な固定部分(18)に移行し、
・前記第2軸部分(14)の長さは前記プレート(4)の厚さより大きく、
前記方法はさらに
b)前記センタリングピン(10)は、前記第1軸部分(13)が水平に延伸して前記原子炉圧力容器(1)の中心に向いた前記プレート(4)の内側(11)から突き出し、かつ突出部(19)を有する前記固定部分(18)が前記プレート(4)の前記内側(11)の反対に向いた外側(20)から突き出すように、その前記第2軸部分(14)を用いて前記取付孔(16)に垂直に挿入されるステップと、
c)前記プレート(4)の前記外側(20)から前記突出部(19)に拡大工具が近づけられ、前記突出部(19)は前記拡大工具を用いて、前記突出部(19)が前記原子炉圧力容器(1)の中心に向いた軸方向(23)において形状接続を形成しながら、プレート(4)の前記外側(20)に後向きにかみ合わされるように拡大されるステップと、
d)前記固定部分(18)の前記突出部(19)の拡大の間、センタリングピン(10)は対向保持具(39)を用いて前記取付孔(16)内に保持されるステップと、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - その固定部分(18)が中空円筒(21)として形成されるセンタリングピン(10)が使用される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記中空円筒(21)の壁(22)は、前記突出部(19)を半径方向に拡大するための前記拡大工具が挿入される挿入開口部(32)を限定する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 拡大工具として円錐体(29)が前記挿入開口部(32)内に押し込まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部(19)は前記拡大工具を使用して少なくとも1つの円周位置に拡大される、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部(19)は前記拡大工具を使用して側方に圧縮される、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
