Claims (12)
- レーザ照射で鋼板厚さの10%以下の溝深さを鋼板表面に形成するために、複数のレーザ発振器からレーザビームが走査ミラーに照射され、前記走査ミラーを通過した後、前記鋼板表面に照射される場合に、1個の走査ミラーを2個以上のレーザビームと共有して前記2個以上のレーザビームのうちの2個のレーザビームによって形成される溝が互いに重ねられるか交差するようにすることによって、20mpm以上の高速のラインスピード(line speed)で溝部の熱影響を最小化させて熱処理前(後)の鉄損改善特性を有する鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- 前記走査ミラーは、2個以上のレーザビームと共有可能な4個以上のレーザビーム入射面を有する、請求項1に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- 前記走査ミラーに照射されたレーザビームは、集光ミラーに集光された後、前記鋼板表面に照射される、請求項2に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- 前記走査ミラーに照射されたレーザビームは、2個以下の形状ミラーに入射した後、前記形状ミラーを通して集光ミラーに集光されて、前記鋼板表面に照射される、請求項3に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- 前記走査ミラーを通したレーザビームの照射によって鋼板表面に1個の照射線で線状溝を形成させるにあたり、1個の走査ミラーを2個以上4個以下のレーザビームが共有する、請求項3または4に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- 前記走査ミラーを通した前記レーザビームの照射によって鋼板表面に1個の照射線で線状溝を形成させるにあたり、2個以下の形状ミラーおよび1個の集光ミラーから構成される、請求項4に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成方法。
- レーザ照射で鋼板厚さの10%以下の溝深さを鋼板表面に形成時、20mpm以上の高速のラインスピード(line speed)で溝部の熱影響を最小化させて熱処理前(後)の鉄損改善特性を持たせるために、
複数のレーザ発振器からレーザビームが照射され、2個以上のレーザビームと共有して前記2個以上のレーザビームのうちの2個のレーザビームによって形成される溝が互いに重ねられるか交差するようにする回転走査ミラー(scan mirror)を含む鋼板表面の溝形成装置。 - 前記走査ミラーから反射されるレーザビームを集光して、鋼板表面に照射するための集光ミラー(focusing mirror)を含む、請求項7に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成装置。
- 前記走査ミラーから反射されるレーザビームが入射し、前記入射したレーザビームを前記集光ミラーに反射する形状ミラー(shaping mirror)を含む、請求項8に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成装置。
- 前記走査ミラーは、2個以上のレーザビームと共有可能な4個以上のレーザビーム入射面を有する多面体形態に形成される、請求項8または9に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成装置。
- 前記走査ミラーを通したレーザビームの照射によって鋼板表面に1個の照射線で線状溝を形成させるにあたり、1個の走査ミラーを2個以上4個以下のレーザビームが共有する、請求項10に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成装置。
- 前記走査ミラーを通した前記レーザビームの照射によって鋼板表面に1個の照射線で線状溝を形成させるにあたり、2個以下の形状ミラーおよび1個の集光ミラーから構成される、請求項9に記載の鋼板表面の溝形成装置。
