Claims (4)
- ゲーレナイト単結晶において、
Ca原子の一部を、原子価が二価でかつ8配位をとる原子であるSrで置換したことを特徴とする圧電材料。 - 請求項1に記載の圧電材料を用いた圧電素子であって、
へき開面と主応力の作用方向が成す角度が45°±15°以内である、圧電素子。 - 請求項2に記載の圧電素子を、圧力の作用方向が前記主応力の作用方向となるように配置した圧力センサ。
- 請求項2に記載の圧電素子を、圧力の作用方向が前記主応力の作用方向と直交するように配置した圧力センサ。
