Description
(A)疎水加工されたシート
(B)炭酸塩又は炭酸水素塩と、酸性物質の混合物である非水組成物
(C)80〜500g/cm2・分の透水性を有するシート
であり、(B)の非水組成物において、炭酸塩又は炭酸水素塩と、酸性物質とが、モル比で1:0.2〜1で均一混合され、酸性物質が平均粒子径0.1〜3.0mmの結晶体、もしくは結晶の凝集体であることを特徴とする、水を含む組成物を供給して使用する炭酸シートマスクを提供するものである。
被験者として、25〜40歳の男子5名女子5名の健常人10名を測定対象として皮膚血流量を測定した。被験者の頬の皮膚血流量をレーザードップラー式血流計(biomedical science、血流計KB−201型)を用いて測定した。炭酸シートマスクの使用方法としては、被験者はまず顔面を適当な洗顔料にて洗顔し乾いた後、シートを頬にのせ、精製水を適量加えて、5分間放置して用いた。シートを適用する前に測定した値を100とし、表1に示すシートを適用した時の相対値を求め、その平均値により評価した。
上記と同様の使用方法にて表1に示す各シートを適用し、精製水を加えた後の30秒以内に発生した微細な泡の発泡感を下記評価基準を用いて、その平均値により評価した。

同様に各シートを適用し、塗布してから5分後に基準品に対しての評価品のスティンギング刺激を、下記評価基準にて採点した。基準品には0.1%パラオキシ安息香酸メチル溶液にて浸漬した不織布を用い、基準品を左頬に、評価品を右頬に同時に塗布して行った。被験者には、基準品に同程度の刺激感を感じるスティンギング刺激に過敏な25〜40歳の男子3名女子2名の5名を選出し行った。5名の平均値にて評価した。

Claims (5)
- 皮膚に貼付して使用する3層構造を呈したシート状構造体であって、最外層〜皮膚接触面を(A)〜(C)とした場合に、
(A)疎水加工されたシート
(B)炭酸塩又は炭酸水素塩と、酸性物質の混合物である非水組成物
(C)80〜500g/cm2・分の透水性を有するシート
であり、(B)の非水組成物において、炭酸塩又は炭酸水素塩と、酸性物質とが、モル比で1:0.2〜1で均一混合され、酸性物質が平均粒子径0.1〜3.0mmの結晶体、もしくは結晶の凝集体であり、さらに接着性物質として(B)に含まれる酸性物質を用いて、(A)〜(C)を100〜200℃にて、加圧時間1秒以内で圧縮することにより、一枚のシート状に加工されることを特徴とする、水を含む組成物を供給して使用する炭酸シートマスクの製造方法。 - 酸性物質がクエン酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸から選ばれる1種または2種以上である請求項1記載の炭酸シートマスクの製造方法。
- 水を含む組成物の供給が、マスクを皮膚に貼付する直前または貼付後に行なわれるものである請求項1または2記載の炭酸シートマスクの製造方法。
- (A)の疎水加工されたシートが、不織布の最外層側をラミネート処理したものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の炭酸シートマスクの製造方法。
- (B)成分にさらにL−アスコルビン酸誘導体の粉末組成物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の炭酸シートマスクの製造方法。
