Description
したがって、本発明の目的は、先行技術の欠点の少なくとも一つを改善することである。特に、本発明の目的は、ポリ(アリーレンエーテルケトン)(PAEK)粉末の密度を著しく増加させること、及び処理前の粉末と比較して20%より大きい、好ましくは40%より大きいタップ密度の増加を得ることを可能にすることを目的とした、粉末を処理するための方法を提供することである。
− 粉末は混合中にいかなる熱調節も受けない;
− 温度が混合中常に又は一時的に40℃未満になるように、ミキサーは熱調節される;
− 使用される粉末は、テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55%から85%の間の重量パーセントのテレフタル酸単位を有するポリ(エーテルケトンケトン)(PEKK)の粉末である;
− 使用される粉末は、PEKKに加えて、少なくとも一の以下の粉末:PEK、PEEKEK、PEEK及びPEKEKKから選択され、PEKK粉末が50重量%以上を表す;
− PAEK粉末は少なくとも一の充填剤も含む;
− PAEK粉末は少なくとも一の添加剤も含む;
タップ密度及び非タップ密度は、ISO規格1068−1975(F)に従って、以下の方法で測定される:
− 多量の粉末を目盛付きの250mlガラスメスシリンダーに入れる;
− 必要であれば、タップせずに粉末の自由表面を水平にし、ボリュームV0と記入する;
− 事前に風袋計量された0.1g精密天秤で粉末を含むシリンダーを計量する;
− STAV 2003タイプのタップ装置のプレート上にシリンダーを置く;
− 1250ドロップでタップし、ボリュームV1と記入する;
− 1250ドロップでタップし、ボリュームV2と記入する;
− 二つの等しいボリュームViが得られるまでタップ操作を繰り返す。Vfは同一のボリュームViに相当することに留意すること。
非タップ密度は、V0で割られた、入れられた製造物の重量である。タップ密度は、Vfで割られた、入れられた製造物の重量である。タップ密度及び非タップ密度は、どちらもkg/m3で表される。
テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して60%のテレフタル酸単位を含み、50μmプラスマイナス5μmのdv50の粒径を有し、320kg/m3のタップ密度を有する、アルケマによりKEPSTAN(登録商標)6002の参照名で販売されるPEKK粉末は、約43m/秒のブレードチップ速度であるヘンシェル高速ミキサー中で様々な熱機械的処理を受ける。
Claims (11)
- ポリ(アリーレンエーテルケトン)(PAEK)粉末又はポリ(アリーレンエーテルケトン)(PAEK)粉末の混合物の高密度化のための方法であって、少なくとも一のブレードを含む回転攪拌機を備えたミキサー中で、30分から120分の間に、30m/秒から70m/秒の間のブレードチップ速度で粉末又は粉末の混合物を混合することからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 粉末又は粉末の混合物が30分から60分の間混合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高密度化方法。
- 混合中、粉末の温度が、PAEKの中で最低のガラス転移温度未満の温度まで上昇することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高密度化方法。
- 温度が、混合中常に又は一時的に40℃未満となるように、ミキサーが熱調節されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高密度化方法。
- 使用される粉末が、テレフタル酸単位とイソフタル酸単位との合計に対して55%から85%の間の重量パーセントのテレフタル酸単位を有するポリ(エーテルケトンケトン)(PEKK)の粉末であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の高密度化方法。
- 使用される粉末が、PEKKに加えて、以下の粉末:PEK、PEEKEK、PEEK及びPEKEKKの少なくとも一つから選択される粉末を含むことを特徴とし、PEKK粉末が50重量%以上を表す、請求項5に記載の高密度化方法。
- PAEK粉末が少なくとも一の充填剤も含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の高密度化方法。
- PAEK粉末が少なくとも一の添加剤も含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の高密度化方法。
- 以下の技術:レーザー焼結、粉末コーティング、圧縮成形又はトランスファー成形の一つから選択される技術による物体の製造のための、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って高密度化された粉末の使用であって、
粉末が処理前の粉末と比較して20%より大きいタップ密度の増加を示す、使用。 - 以下の技術:レーザー焼結、粉末コーティング、圧縮成形又はトランスファー成形の一つから選択される技術による物体の製造のための、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って高密度化された粉末の使用であって、
粉末が処理前の粉末と比較して40%より大きいタップ密度の増加を示す、使用。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法に従って高密度化された粉末から物体を製造する方法であって、以下の技術:レーザー焼結、粉末コーティング、圧縮成形又はトランスファー成形の一つから選択される技術により物体を製造する工程を含む、方法。
