Claims (14)
- 患者の脊椎で使用するための脊椎移植片装置であって、
前記患者の前記脊椎への側方アプローチを用いて、第一の椎体と第二の椎体の間に、挿入するために構成された椎体間脊椎移植片であって、前記椎体間脊椎移植片は、前記第一の椎体にかみ合うように構成された、第一の骨嵌合表面と、前記第二の椎体にかみ合うように構成された、反対側の第二の骨嵌合表面を有する、移植片、
外表面を有する軸を有する第一の骨ねじであって、前記第一の骨ねじの前記軸の前記外表面は、前記第一の椎体にかみ合うように構成されたねじ山を有し、前記第一の骨ねじは、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記第一の骨嵌合表面にかみ合うように構成された先端を有する遠位端および、ヘッドを有する近位端を有し、前記第一の骨ねじは、前記近位端から前記遠位端に延びる長軸を有し、前記第一の骨ねじは、前記第一の骨ねじが、後方アプローチから、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記第一の骨嵌合表面にかみ合うように、前記患者の前記脊椎に挿入されたときに、前記第一の骨ねじの前記ヘッドが、前記第一の椎体の一つの面の後ろになるような、前記先端から前記ヘッドまでの長さを有する、第一の骨ねじ、ならびに
外表面を有する軸を有する第二の骨ねじであって、前記第二の骨ねじの前記軸の前記外表面は、前記第二の椎体にかみ合うように構成されたねじ山を有し、前記第二の骨ねじは、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記第二の骨嵌合表面にかみ合うように構成された先端を有する遠位端および、ヘッドを有する近位端を有し、前記第二の骨ねじは、前記近位端から前記遠位端に延びる長軸を有し、前記第二の骨ねじは、前記第二の骨ねじが、後方アプローチから、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記第二の骨嵌合表面にかみ合うように、前記患者の前記脊椎に挿入されたときに、前記第二の骨ねじの前記ヘッドが、前記第二の椎体の一つの面の後ろになるような、前記先端から前記ヘッドまでの長さを有する、第二の骨ねじ、を含み、
外表面を有する軸を有する第三の骨ねじをさらに含み、前記軸の前記外表面は、前記第一の椎体にかみ合うように構成されたねじ山を有し、前記第三の骨ねじは、先端を有する遠位端および、ヘッドを有する近位端を有し、前記第三の骨ねじは、前記近位端から前記遠位端に延びる長軸を有し、前記第三の骨ねじの前記先端は、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内に延びるように構成され、前記第三の骨ねじは、前記骨ねじが、後方アプローチから、前記患者の前記脊椎へ、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内へ挿入されたときに、前記第一の骨ねじの前記ヘッドが、前記第一の椎体の前記一つの面の後方になるような、前記先端から前記ヘッドまでの長さを有する、脊椎移植片装置。 - 前記椎体間脊椎移植片が、挿入端および、反対側の後端を有し、前記第一の骨ねじは、前記第一の骨ねじの前記近位端が、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記後端の方より、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記挿入端の方により近くなるように向くように、前記椎体間脊椎移植片にかみ合っている、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第二の骨ねじが、前記第二の骨ねじの前記近位端が、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記後端の方より、前記椎体間脊椎移植片の前記挿入端の方により近くなるように向くように、前記椎体間脊椎移植片にかみ合っている、請求項2記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 外表面を有する軸を有する第四の骨ねじをさらに含み、前記軸の前記外表面は、前記第二の椎体にかみ合うように構成されたねじ山を有し、前記第四の骨ねじは、先端を有する遠位端および、ヘッドを有する近位端を有し、前記第四の骨ねじは、前記近位端から前記遠位端に延びる長軸を有し、前記第四の骨ねじの前記先端は、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内に延びるように構成され、前記第四の骨ねじは、前記骨ねじが、後方アプローチから、前記患者の前記脊椎へ、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内へ挿入されたときに、前記第二の骨ねじの前記ヘッドが、前記第二の椎体の前記一つの面の後方になるような、前記先端から前記ヘッドまでの長さを有する、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第一の骨ねじの長さが、前記挿入端から前記反対の後端へ測った前記椎体間脊椎移植片の長さよりも長い、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記椎体間脊椎移植片が、前記第一の骨嵌合表面と前記第二の骨嵌合表面を通って、かつその間に延びる開口を有する、椎体間脊椎固定移植片である、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第一の骨ねじが、前記ヘッドの部分にかみ合う道具を含む、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第一の骨ねじが、カニューレ状であり、前記第一の骨ねじの前記遠位端に開口を有し、前記カニューレ状の第一の骨ねじは、そこを通ってかつ前記椎体間脊椎移植片の中への、骨用セメント、骨成長材料、鎮痛剤、および抗炎症剤の一つの、ガイドワイヤーに沿った挿入か、そこへの送達のうちの一つのために構成された、請求項1記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第一のカニューレ状の骨ねじを通って、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内への送達のために構成された、骨用セメント、骨成長材料、鎮痛剤、および抗炎症剤のうちの一つをさらに含む、請求項8記載の脊椎移植片装置。

- 前記第一の骨ねじ、第二の骨ねじ、第三の骨ねじ、および第四の骨ねじの長さがそれぞれ、前記挿入端から前記反対の後端へ測った前記椎体間脊椎移植片の長さよりも長い、請求項11記載の脊椎移植片装置。
- 前記第一の骨ねじが、カニューレ状であり、前記第一の骨ねじの前記遠位端に開口を有し、前記カニューレ状の第一の骨ねじは、そこを通ってかつ前記椎体間脊椎移植片の中への、骨用セメント、骨成長材料、鎮痛剤、および抗炎症剤の一つの、ガイドワイヤーに沿った挿入か、そこへの送達のうちの一つのために構成され、かつ、前記第一のカニューレ状の骨ねじを通って、前記椎体間脊椎移植片内への送達のために構成された、骨用セメント、骨成長材料、鎮痛剤、および抗炎症剤のうちの一つをさらに含む、請求項11記載の脊椎移植片装置。
