Claims (10)
- 金属基板の表面(71)を修復する方法であって、
修復のために金属基板の表面(71)を準備するステップと、
金属基板の表面(71)上にベース層(72)を溶融付着させるステップと、
ベースコーティング(72)に対して積層造形法により第1の材料の複数の第1層を融着させるステップと、
第1の材料及び第2の材料から積層造形法により噛合遷移領域(10)を形成するステップと、
噛合遷移領域(10)上に積層造形法により第2の材料の複数の第2層を融着させるステップと
を含み、
噛合遷移領域(10)は、複数の第1層を複数の第2層に機械的に分離不能に結合させるために、複数の第1層及び複数の第2層から交互に延在する複数の突起を各々含み、
前記突起は、基部から遠位端部に向かって断面積が大きくなる台形突起(28)、または、
基部側のシャフト(18、32)及び遠位端側の球形形状ノブ(20)からなる突起(16、30)である、方法。 - 修復のための金属基板の表面(71)を準備するステップは、金属基板の表面(71)に溝(73)を生成するステップを含み、金属基板の表面(71)上にベース層を溶融付着させるステップは、金属基板の表面(71)上にベースコーティング(72)をろう付け溶接するステップを含む、む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ベースコーティング(72)は、金属コーティングを含み、ベースコーティング(72)は、積層造形法により形成され、第2の材料は、遮熱コーティング材料又はセラミック材料を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 複数の第1層を融着させるステップは、第1の部品(12)を形成するために第1の材料の層を連続的に堆積させるステップを含み、複数の第2層を融着させるステップは、第2の部品(14)を形成するために第2の材料の層を連続的に堆積させるステップを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 積層造形法により第2の部品(14)上に追加コーティングを形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。

前記突起は、基部から遠位端部に向かって断面積が大きくなる台形突起(28)、または、
