Description
(1)原子炉の内部空間に面して使用される原子炉用黒鉛ブロックであって、黒鉛からなる基材と当該基材を被覆するセラミック被覆とからなり、前記セラミック被覆は、複数の異なるセラミック層が積層されて構成される。
(2)前記複数のセラミック層は、熱分解炭素層の中間層を含む。
(3)前記セラミック被覆は、前記中間層と、当該中間層の両面に積層される炭化物系セラミック層とを含む。
(4)前記炭化物系セラミック層はSiCより構成される。
(5)前記原子炉用黒鉛ブロックはペブルベッド型原子炉用である。
(6)(5)の原子炉用黒鉛ブロックを備えるペブルベッド型原子炉である、

- 原子炉の内部空間に面して使用される原子炉用黒鉛ブロックであって、
黒鉛からなる基材と当該基材を被覆するセラミック被覆とからなり、
前記セラミック被覆は、熱分解炭素からなる中間層と、当該中間層の両面に積層されるSiCからなるセラミック層とを含む原子炉用黒鉛ブロック。 - 請求項1に記載の原子炉用黒鉛ブロックであって、
前記原子炉用黒鉛ブロックはペブルベッド型原子炉用である原子炉用黒鉛ブロック。 - 請求項2に記載の原子炉用黒鉛ブロックを備えるペブルベッド型原子炉。
