Claims (18)
- 鉗子であって、
長手方向軸に沿って伸長する把持アセンブリを備え、前記把持アセンブリは、
近端部及び末端部を含む上部ジョーであって、近位に向く傾いた上歯面及び遠位に向く傾いた上歯面を有する上歯を含む上部ジョーと、
近端部及び末端部を含む下部ジョーであって、遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面と、前記長手方向軸に鉛直である、近位に向く下歯槽面と、を有する歯槽を含む下部ジョーと
を備え、
前記上部ジョー、前記下部ジョー、又は両方は、前記把持アセンブリが開放位置と把持位置との間で移動するように可動であり、
前記把持位置で、前記遠位に向く傾いた上歯面と前記近位に向く下歯槽面との間に空所が画定され、
前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面は、前記近位に向く傾いた上歯面と平行であり、
前記空所の幅が、前記近位に向く下歯槽面の上部から前記歯槽の谷へ増加し、前記谷が前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面と前記近位に向く下歯槽面との間に画定される、
鉗子。 - 前記長手方向軸に対する前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面の角度位置が、前記長手方向軸に対する前記近位に向く傾いた上歯面の角度位置に一致する、請求項1に記載の鉗子。
- 前記上部ジョーが複数の上歯を含み、
前記上歯の幅が前記上部ジョーの前記末端部から前記上部ジョーの前記近端部へ減少する、
請求項1又は2に記載の鉗子。 - 上部頂点が、前記近位に向く傾いた上歯面と前記遠位に向く傾いた上歯面との間に画定され、谷が前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面と前記近位に向く下歯槽面との間に画定され、
前記上部頂点を通って伸長し、前記把持アセンブリの前記長手方向軸に概して垂直な軸が、前記谷を通って伸長し、前記把持アセンブリの前記長手方向軸に概して垂直な軸に対して偏位される、
請求項1又は2に記載の鉗子。 - 前記上部ジョー及び前記下部ジョーのそれぞれが、それぞれ前記上歯及び前記歯槽に近位に位置するカミング部分を含み、
前記カミング部分に力を印加することが、前記上部ジョー及び前記下部ジョーの一方又は両方を互いに対して移動させて、前記把持アセンブリを前記把持位置に移動させ、
前記カミング部分から前記力を除去することが、前記上部ジョー及び前記下部ジョーの一方又は両方を互いから離させて、前記把持アセンブリを前記開放位置に移動させる、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子。 - 前記把持位置で、双極性エネルギーが前記上部ジョーと前記下部ジョーとの間に把持されるように構成された組織を通って伝導できるように、前記上部ジョー及び前記下部ジョーの1つが電気手術エネルギーの源に接続される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子。
- 前記上部ジョーが概してU字形であり、第1のジョー部分と第2のジョー部分との間に位置する上部中心溝を画定し、前記上部ジョーは、前記第1のジョー部分と前記第2のジョー部分から伸長する複数の上歯を含み、
前記下部ジョーが概してU字形であり、前記上部溝に概して対向し、第3のジョー部分と第4のジョー部分との間に位置する下部中心溝を画定し、前記下部ジョーは、前記第3のジョー部分及び前記第4のジョー部分に沿って配置される複数の歯槽を含む、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鉗子。 - 切断部材が前記上部中心溝と前記下部中心溝との間に位置し、
前記切断部材が、前記把持アセンブリが前記把持位置にあるときに前記上部ジョー及び前記下部ジョーに対して可動である、
請求項7に記載の鉗子。 - 医療機器であって、
i.第1の近位に向く傾いた歯面と、
ii.第1の遠位に向く傾いた歯面と
を有する第1の歯を含む第1のジョーと、
i.第2の近位に向く歯面と、
ii.第2の遠位に向く傾いた歯面と
を有する第2の歯を含む第2のジョーと
を含む鉗子
を備え、
前記第2のジョーは、
i.第3の近位に向く歯面と、
ii.第3の遠位に向く歯面と、を有する第3の歯を含み、
把持位置で、前記第1の近位に向く傾いた歯面が前記第2の遠位に向く傾いた歯面と平行であり、
前記把持位置で、前記第1の遠位に向く傾いた歯面が概して、空所が前記第1の遠位に向く傾いた歯面と前記第3の近位に向く歯面との間に画定されるように前記第3の近位に向く歯面を対置させ、
前記空所の幅が前記第3の近位に向く歯面の上部から前記第3の近位に向く歯面の下部へ増加する、
医療機器。 - 前記第3の近位に向く歯面が、前記第2のジョーの前記近端部と前記第2のジョーの前記末端部との間で伸長する長手方向軸に対して垂直である、請求項9に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第2のジョーの前記近端部と前記第2のジョーの前記末端部との間で伸長する長手方向軸に対する前記第2の遠位に向く傾いた歯面の角度位置が、前記長手方向軸に対する前記第1の近位に向く傾いた歯面の角度位置に十分に一致する、請求項9又は10に記載の医療機器。
- 第2の空所が、前記第1の近位に向く傾いた歯面と前記第2の遠位に向く傾いた歯面との間に画定される、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の医療機器。
- 前記遠位に向く傾いた上歯面は、前記長手方向軸に対して90度未満の角度で傾く、請求項1に記載の鉗子。
- 前記把持位置で、前記近位に向く傾いた上歯面と前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面との間に空所が画定される、請求項1に記載の鉗子。
- 前記把持位置において、前記近位に向く傾いた上歯面は、前記遠位に向く傾いた下歯槽面と接触する、請求項1に記載の鉗子。
- 前記把持位置において、前記第1の近位に向く傾いた歯面は、前記第2の遠位に向く傾いた歯面と接触する、請求項9に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第1の遠位に向く傾いた歯面は、前記第1のジョーの長手方向軸に対して、90度未満である角度を形成する、請求項9に記載の医療機器。
- 前記第3の遠位に向く歯面は、前記第2のジョーの長手方向軸に対して90度未満の角度を形成するように傾く、請求項9に記載の医療機器。
