リンク板１０に鉤１３を設けバネ１４を取付けるが、少なくともバネ１４が少し伸びた状態で張架する位置に鉤１３を取付ける。印鑑６を取付けた保持具８を押し下げバネ１４が伸びた様態で印鑑６の先端が密着し、印鑑６と直角を成す平面部１７を有する台座１５を設ける。
本発明は、以上のような構造である。
本発明を使用するときは、宅配者が受取りの捺印の為、伝票を台座１５に置き、つまみを下に押し下げ捺印する。捺印が終わりつまみ１１をはなすと、伸びたバネ１４は印鑑６を上に押し上げ、台座１５と印鑑６の先端とに隙間が空き、伝票は印鑑６の先端が擦れずに取ることが出来る。同時に錠レバー３は回転し施錠状態となり、扉を閉めれば施錠され、施錠忘れが起こらない。Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described.
