Description

回転軸受は、回転構造と接触面との間に境界面を提供することが当技術分野において周知である。軸受と回転構造との間の相互接続を最適化して、任意の軸方向のスラスト力を伝達するために、回転構造と接触面との間の境界面でパッド又は複数のパッドを使用することが多くの場合一般的である。

Claims (17)
- スラスト軸受であり、
第1のリング及び第1のリングから放射状に間隔を置いて配置された第2のリングであって、その間に環状通路を画定する、第1のリング及び第2のリングと、
第2のリングの最上面から延在する少なくとも2つの軸受パッド留め配置であって、各々の軸受パッド留め配置が内部に留めチャネルを画定する、軸受パッド留め配置と、
軸受リテーナ内に周方向に間隔を置いて配置された少なくとも2つの軸受パッドと、
を含んだ軸受リテーナ、を含むスラスト軸受であって、
軸受パッドが、軸受パッド留め配置を使用して軸受リテーナ内に保持される、
スラスト軸受。 - 各々の軸受パッドが、軸受パッドの各々の側面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材を含む、請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 少なくとも1つの留め部材が、ダウエルピンを含む、請求項2に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 少なくとも1つの留め部材が、ばね付勢ダウエルピンを含む、請求項3に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 留めチャネルが、
挿入チャネルと、
保持チャネルと、を含み、
挿入チャネルが、保持チャネルに対して実質的に垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受。 - 軸受パッドの各々の側面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材が、締まり嵌めを介して挿入チャネル内に挿入される、請求項5に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 軸受パッドの各々の側面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材が、隙間嵌めを介して保持チャネル内に保持される、請求項5に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 保持チャネルの直径が、軸受パッドの各々の側面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材の直径より大きい、請求項5に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 留めチャネルが、逆Tスロットとして形成される、請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 少なくとも1つの開口が、第1のリングの外周面に画定される、請求項1に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 各々の軸受パッドが、軸受パッドの内面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材を含み、軸受パッドの内面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材が、第1のリングの外周面に画定された少なくとも1つの開口内に挿入される、請求項10に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 第1のリングの外周面に画定された少なくとも1つの開口の直径が、軸受パッドの内面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材の直径より大きい、請求項11に記載のスラスト軸受。
- 軸受パッドの内面に提供された少なくとも1つの留め部材が、摩擦嵌合を介して軸受パッド内に挿入される、請求項11に記載のスラスト軸受。
- スラスト軸受リテーナであり、
第1のリング及び第1のリングから放射状に間隔を置いて配置された第2のリングであって、その間に環状通路を画定する、第1のリング及び第2のリングと、
第2のリングの最上面から延在する少なくとも2つの軸受パッド留め配置であって、各々の軸受パッド留め配置が内部に留めチャネルを画定する、軸受パッド留め配置と、
