Claims (7)
- タイヤ周方向に延在して環状をなすトレッド部と、該トレッド部の両側に配置された一対のサイドウォール部と、これらサイドウォール部のタイヤ径方向内側に配置された一対のビード部とを備え、タイヤ内面に吸音材を接着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、前記タイヤ内面と前記吸音材との間に熱伝導率が0.2W/(m・K)以上であるシート状の熱伝導部材を設置し、該熱伝導部材を前記吸音材の貼り付け領域から外側に延在するように配置し、前記熱伝導部材に前記吸音材から突き出した放熱部を設け、前記熱伝導部材は金属箔とその両側に積層された一対の樹脂層との積層体であることを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材はタイヤ周方向に沿って延在し、前記熱伝導部材の各放熱部のタイヤ幅方向の長さが前記吸音材の幅の5%〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱伝導部材は熱伝導率が10W/(m・K)以上である熱伝導性材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱伝導部材の厚さが30μm〜150μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱伝導部材は少なくとも放熱部の端部に切り込みを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記熱伝導部材は少なくとも放熱部の端部において切り込み部分を折り曲げて加工された複数個のフィンを含む立体構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記吸音材は前記熱伝導部材の直上域において貫通孔又は切り欠きを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
