Description
Claims (1)
- 水平円筒状本体と、端部カバーと、少なくとも2つの膜カートリッジと、供給ガス注入ノズルと、残留物排出ノズルと、透過物排出ノズル、とを備え、前記膜カートリッジは、前記本体の内側に配置されて、注入領域と遮蔽領域を有し、中心の左右方向軸に対し互いに反対側に位置し、軸方向多孔管の周りに形成された中空繊維の円筒状の束を備え、その中空繊維の端部が、前記端部カバーの近くに位置する前面充填材の端面で封止された中空繊維の端部は開口しているが、前記本体中心付近の前記膜カートリッジの反対側の前記端部では前面充填材に完全に封止されているような方法により前記前面充填材で封止され、前記残留物排出ノズルは前記本体の中心部分に前記本体の長手軸方向に垂直に配置され、残留物が、前記軸方向多孔管から前記本体の中央に配置される残留物回収領域を通って、前記残留物排出ノズルから排出されるように構成された、膜ガス分離モジュールにおいて、前記本体は、円錐形の移行部を介して径小な中央部と結合された径大で対称的な本体端部と、前記膜カートリッジと前記端部カバーの間にそれぞれ配置され、前記透過物排出ノズルの透過物排出流路に関連する孔を有する支持要素とを備え、前記中央部の内径は、前記膜カートリッジの前記遮蔽領域の外径に対応しており、リングガスケットを用いて前記膜カートリッジを前記中央部のシールポイントに自由に着脱できるように構成されており、一方で、前記中央部の内径は、前記本体の前記中央部内に膜カートリッジの遮蔽領域を確実に装着する最適なサイズに径小化され、前記供給ガス注入ノズルは、前記膜カートリッジの注入領域の外周の位置の前記本体端部に、前記本体の前記長手方向軸に垂直に配置され、前記透過物排出ノズルは、前記端部カバーに近い位置の前記本体端部に、前記本体の前記長手方向軸に垂直に配置されることを特徴とする膜ガス分離モジュール。
