Claims (9)
- 多孔質ビーズチタン基板もしくはチタンフォーム基板または多孔質ビーズチタン合金基板もしくはチタン合金フォーム基板と、前記基板の表面上に形成された一次層と、を備えたインプラントに適した材料であって、前記一次層が前記基板の表面積より大きな表面積を有し、
前記一次層が、2から20ナノメートルの範囲の幅および200から300ナノメートルの範囲の長さを有するチタン酸アルカリの線維を含み、
前記基板が、15μmから50μmの直径を有する焼結ビーズからなり、
前記一次層が、前記チタン酸アルカリの線維の堆積物を含み、
前記堆積物の厚さが、100から500ナノメートルであることを特徴とする材料。 - 前記一次層が、黒色であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の材料。

前記基板の表面を化学的に処理する段階が、前記基板を30〜90℃のアルカリ性溶液に浸漬する段階を含むことを特徴とする材料の形成方法。 - 前記アルカリ性溶液が、水酸化ナトリウムであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液が、1から6Mの濃度を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の材料を含む骨の修復または代替骨としての使用に適したインプラント。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液が、2から4Mの濃度を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ性溶液が、水酸化ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
